"Another Lover", sometimes titled "(The World Don't Need) Another Lover", is a 1988 song by English pop duo Giant Steps, from their debut album The Book of Pride. Written by vocalist Colin Campsie, bassist/keyboardist George McFarlane and record producer Gardner Cole, the song was a top 20 hit single in the United States.
Released in the middle of 1988, "Another Lover" peaked at number 13 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 in November. In addition, the single peaked at number 13 on the Singles Sales chart, number 12 on the Hot 100 Airplay chart, and number 25 on the Adult Contemporary chart.
With "Another Lover", Giant Steps joined a wave of British acts, including Breathe and The Escape Club, who became American pop stars before being exported back to Britain. McFarlane said of the single's UK re-release, "Already, we are noticing a better reaction to the record this time around." He added, "It's getting more air play, and the general vibe is a bit better—all because it was a hit in America." Campsie said "When we started out, this is the sound we went for, we were recording lead vocals, and I was knocking them out in three-quarters of an hour. I'm real proud of that. We try not to be too nit-picky about records. If it's good the first time you sing it, then that's very good. The spontaneity has to be there."
"Another Lover" is a 1988 song by Giant Steps written by Campsie, McFarlane and Cole.

Dalvik is a discontinuedprocess virtual machine (VM) in Google's Android operating system that executes applications written for Android. Dalvik is an integral part of the Android software stack in Android versions 4.4 "KitKat" and earlier, which is typically used on mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers, and more recently on devices such as smart TVs and wearables. Dalvik is open-source software, originally written by Dan Bornstein, who named it after the fishing village of Dalvík in Eyjafjörður, Iceland.
Programs for Android are commonly written in Java and compiled to bytecode for the Java virtual machine, which is then translated to Dalvik bytecode and stored in .dex (Dalvik EXecutable) and .odex (Optimized Dalvik EXecutable) files; related terms odex and de-odex are associated with respective bytecode conversions. The compact Dalvik Executable format is designed for systems that are constrained in terms of memory and processor speed.
The successor of Dalvik is Android Runtime (ART), which uses the same bytecode and .dex files (but not .odex files), with the succession aiming at performance improvements transparent to the end users. The new runtime environment was included for the first time in Android 4.4 "KitKat" as a technology preview, and replaced Dalvik entirely in later versions; Android 5.0 "Lollipop" is the first version in which ART is the only included runtime.

Lover is an Australian fashion label launched in 2001 by designers Susien Chong and Nic Briand. The label began as a weekend stall at Bondi Markets with a ten-piece collection of random separates. Since then, Lover has risen to prominence in Australia and internationally.
Lover's collections all draw upon inspirations from the worlds of art, music, film and pop culture. Designer Nic Briand says each collection "has a narrative and central character". Influences on the duo include Jean-Luc Godard, early Woody Allen films, Black Flag, Marianne Faithfull. Nic Briand's influences tend to be "heavier" such as the Wu-Tang Clan, comic books and Jimi Hendrix, whereas Susien Chong's are "softer" elements such as Picnic at Hanging Rock, ballet and Roberta Flack.
Features a palette of cream, pale blue and black with polka-dot motifs and the Lover trademark oversized buttons. Influences:
Black, white, red and midnight blues are used, with oversized buttons and satin. The collection has a masculine edge with pieces such as crisp white shirts, cuffed wide-legged pants and suspenders.
Music & Lyrics: T. Pulit
She was lonely
Lonely from the love I left behind
I should have told her
Ya know the girl
She's not my kind
I had to keep movin' on
I got a pistol for action
I had to use it on you girl, yeah
Always callin'
Think I'm startin'
To really lose my mind
Should've told her
Ya know the girl
She's not my kind
I had to keep movin' on
I got a pistol for action
I had to use it on you girl, yeah
We're just lovers
Maybe once or maybe twice
Just lovers
Who cares if it's wrong or right
Just lovers
I never want to keep the same
