Anna Chancellor

Anna Theodora Chancellor (born 27 April 1965) is an English actress. She is the great-great-granddaughter of British Prime Minister H. H. Asquith.

Career

Chancellor had a prominent role in the series Kavanagh QC. She is also known for her performance as "Duckface" in Four Weddings and a Funeral opposite Hugh Grant. She has also been noted for her work as Caroline Bingley in the 1995 BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice, and as Questular Rontok in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. In 2005, she joined the cast of the popular BBC One television drama series Spooks as a new regular character, Juliet Shaw. She has also appeared in The Vice, Jupiter Moon, Karaoke, Cold Lazarus, The Dreamers, and Tipping the Velvet, and has a starring role in the satirical black comedy Suburban Shootout. In 2011, she took a supporting role in the thriller serial The Hour, for which she received a British Academy Television Award for Best Supporting Actress nomination.

In 2013, she received a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress nomination for her work on Private Lives.

Jupiter Moon

Jupiter Moon is a science fiction soap opera television series first broadcast by British Satellite Broadcasting's Galaxy channel in 1990. 150 episodes were commissioned and made, but only the first 108 were broadcast before the closure of BSB. Episodes 109-150 were first shown in the UK on the Sci Fi Channel in 1996.

Premise

The series is set in the year 2050 and concentrates on the space ship Ilea in semi-permanent orbit above the space city on Jupiter's moon Callisto. The Ilea is home to a university and many of the programme's main plot strands revolve around the lives of the students, helping the programme to deal with more down-to-earth issues despite its unearthly setting. A secondary plot deals with an attempt to travel to the stars known as the Daedalus Project.

Production

The series was created and produced by William Smethurst, a former long-standing editor of British radio soap The Archers, and was recorded at the studios of Central Television in Birmingham. Many of the cast and writers also came from The Archers.

Charlotte Martin

Charlotte Ann Martin (born October 31, 1976) is an American singer-songwriter, who performs predominantly on the piano. She has written several studio albums, two of which have received mainstream commercial releases, 2004's On Your Shore and 2006's Stromata. In 2009 she released an instrumental piano album titled Piano Trees before releasing her new studio album Dancing on Needles on February 1, 2011. On February 25, 2014, she released a new studio album Water Breaks Stone.

Personal life

Martin grew up in Charleston, Illinois. She won the Miss Illinois Teen USA 1994 title on June 26, 1994 and went on to represent in the Miss Teen USA pageant broadcast live from Biloxi, Mississippi on August 16. Martin graduated from Eastern Illinois University (EIU) in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in vocal performance, majoring in opera. In 1999, Charlotte moved to Los Angeles. On September 30, 2005, she married musician/producer Ken Andrews. Their first child, Ronen Joseph Andrews, was born on May 4, 2008; their second, Stella Jean Andrews was born on March 9, 2011.
