Julia Quinn is the pseudonym used by Julie Pottinger (born Julie Cotler in 1970), a best-selling American historical romance author, who says she chose her pseudonym so her Regency romances would be on bookshelves next to those of the successful romance writer Amanda Quick. Her novels have been translated into 26 foreign languages, and she has appeared on the New York Times Bestseller List 18 times.
Julie Pottinger was raised primarily in New England, although she spent much of her time in California after her parents divorced. Even as a small child she devoured books. Her father disagreed with her choices of reading material, Sweet Dreams and the Sweet Valley High books, and told her she could keep reading them only if she could prove that they were good for her. She promptly told him that she was studying them in order to write one herself. Challenged to prove that she meant her statement, Pottinger sat down at their early computer and wrote her first two chapters. After finishing her novel three years later, she submitted it to Sweet Dreams, but was rejected.
I'm the evil that's in this world
I'm the evil in you
I'm the evil that's in this world
There's too much evil, it's true
I can walk with kings
I can walk with queens
I can walk for dreams
I can walk with angels
I would talk but that's not true
I'm the evil that's in this world
There's not a damn thing you can do
There's too much evil within this world
I'll be the evil in you
I can walk the walk of Johnny Cash
I can really walk the line
I can walk it slow
I can walk it fast
Jaywalkin'
I hate walkin' in sunlight
Traffic comin' in me
Jaywalkin' it's alright
Jaywalkin' around
Evil that's in this world
I'm the evil in you
I'm the evil that's in this world
There's too much evil, it's true
I hate walkin' in sunlight
Traffic comin' in me
Jaywalkin', it's alright
Jaywalkin' around
Evil is in this world
There's not a damn thing you can do
There's too much evil within this world
I'm the evil in you
I can walk in east Australia
I can walk around the world
I can walk in Pensilvania
I can talk to whatever I choose
I hate walkin' in sunlight
Traffic comin' in me
Jaywalkin', it's alright
Jaywalkin' around
It's destiny, so what
It's just so long
I'ma waiste someone
I'ma waiste someone
