I know you would
Leave me stranded
And be the one who could
While I'm left floating on a drift
Wouldn't you beg
To hear me saying
'You got everything'
Transparent words
To steal
Cause I ain't standing with my back to the wall
I ain't keeping myself a secret no more
Cause you ain't no miracle of mind
You're not the chosen one, in time, they'll know
Like you do
It's easy
Everyone is fooled
Bought from a picture
And a yes
Wouldn't you say
They will follow
Whoever's in the lead?
I've stumbled on a new disease
But I ain't standing with my back to the wall
I ain't keeping myself a secret no more
Cause you ain't no miracle of mind
You're not the chosen one, in time, they'll know
Like you do
Cause you ain't no miracle of mind
You're not the chosen one, in time, they'll know
Like you do
