Huang, Earl of Cai (Chinese: 蔡伯荒, Cài Bó Huāng), born Ji Huang (姬荒), was an ancient Chinese noble from the house of Zhou and the third ruler of the state of Cai in China.
Huang was the only known son of Ji Hu and the second cousin of Kings Cheng and Kang of Zhou. His son Gong inherited his land with the higher title of hou ("marquess") rather than bo ("count").
