Dublin Jerome High School
Dublin Jerome High School is a public high school located in Dublin, Ohio, northwest of Columbus, Ohio. It is the newest of the three high schools in the Dublin City Schools district. Jerome opened for its first year during the 2004-2005 school year. Though located in the southeast tip of Union County, Dublin Jerome primarily serves students in parts of Franklin County and Delaware County. The school's principal is Dr. Dustin Miller, and the assistant principals are Andy Wilkinson, Forrest Trisler, and Kristy Venne. The Athletic Director is Ryan Walker. Jerome's mascot is the Celtic Warrior. Jerome was ranked number 143 in the Newsweek top high school rankings in 2013. In 2010, Jerome was honored as a Blue Ribbon School by the US Department of Education.
Dublin Jerome is now an IB world school.
Music
Marching Band
The Band has received a 'I' Superior rating at the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) state finals for its entire existence (2004–Present). Their highest score in OMEA competition is currently 277.75 scored during the 2013 season. The band has also competed on the Midstates Band Association circuit since 2007, scoring a 73.9 in its first season in finals.
Jerome High School (Jerome, Arizona)
Jerome High School was the high school for the town of Jerome, Arizona. The mascot was the Muckers. It opened in 1906 and closed in 1951, when it was consolidated along with Clarkdale High School into Mingus High School. In 1958, when Cottonwood High School was added, that school became known as Mingus Union High School, which was housed in Jerome from 1960 to 1972.
The buildings are used in the 21st century for artists' studios, light industry, and private business.

Secondary education in the United States
In most jurisdictions, secondary education in the United States refers to the last four years of statutory formal education (grade nine through grade twelve) either at high school or split between a final year of 'junior high school' and three in high school.
History
The United States historically had a demand for general skills rather than specific training/apprenticeships. High school enrollment increased when schools at this level became free, laws required children to attend until a certain age, and it was believed that every American student had the opportunity to participate regardless of their ability.
In 1892, in response to many competing academic philosophies being promoted at the time, a working group of educators, known as the "Committee of Ten" was established by the National Education Association. It recommended twelve years of instruction, consisting of eight years of elementary education followed by four years of high school. Rejecting suggestions that high schools should divide students into college-bound and working-trades groups from the start, and in some cases also by race or ethnic background, they unanimously recommended that "every subject which is taught at all in a secondary school should be taught in the same way and to the same extent to every pupil so long as he pursues it, no matter what the probable destination of the pupil may be, or at what point his education is to cease."

"High School" is a song by Trinidadian recording artist Nicki Minaj featuring American rapper Lil Wayne for Minaj's reissued second studio album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up (2012). It was released on April 16, 2013, by Young Money, Cash Money, and Republic as the fourth single from the record. The song was written and produced by Boi-1da and T-Minus, with additional songwriting provided by Minaj and Lil Wayne. "High School" is a hip hop and R&B song that lyrically discusses adultery.
Upon its release, "High School" received generally favorable reviews from music critics, who felt its production was reminiscent of her earlier mixtape tracks. It peaked at number 64 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and additionally reached numbers 15 and 20 on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs component charts. Elsewhere, the track charted moderately throughout international singles charts, including number 31 on the UK Singles Chart.
An accompanying music video was directed by Benny Boom, in which Minaj is depicted in the midst of an affair with Lil Wayne. The clip additionally includes footage of the "Pink Pill", a variation of the "Beats Pro" speaker created by Beats Electronics in collaboration with Minaj.
High School (1940 film)
High School is a 1940 American drama film directed by George Nichols Jr. and written by Jack Jungmeyer, Edith Skouras and Harold Tarshis. The film stars Jane Withers, Joe Brown Jr., Paul Harvey, Lloyd Corrigan, Cliff Edwards and Claire Du Brey. The film was released on January 26, 1940, by 20th Century Fox.

Saint Jerome (/dʒəˈroʊm/; Latin: Eusebius Sophronius Hieronymus; Greek: Εὐσέβιος Σωφρόνιος Ἱερώνυμος; c. 347 – 30 September 420) was a priest, confessor, theologian and historian, who also became a Doctor of the Church. He was the son of Eusebius, born at Stridon, a village near Emona on the border of Dalmatia and Pannonia, then part of northeastern Italy. He is best known for his translation of most of the Bible into Latin (the translation that became known as the Vulgate), and his commentaries on the Gospels. His list of writings is extensive. The protégé of Pope Damasus I, who died in December of 384, Jerome was known for his teachings on Christian moral life, especially to those living in cosmopolitan centers such as Rome. In many cases, he focused his attention to the lives of women and identified how a woman devoted to Jesus Christ should live her life. This focus stemmed from his close patron relationships with several prominent female ascetics who were members of affluent senatorial families.
