Ivica Kralj
Ivica Kralj (pronounced [ı̑ʋitsa krâʎ]; born 26 March 1973 in Tivat) is a retired Montenegrin goalkeeper who played for the FR Yugoslavia national tream.
Club career
He played for Arsenal Tivat, Partizan Jastrebac Niš, Porto, Radnički Kragujevac, PSV Eindhoven, Rostov and Spartak Trnava.
In early August 2007, Kralj and Russian side Rostov agreed to a contract that ties the goalkeeper to the club until the end of the Russian league season in December 2007. In July 2008, 35-year-old Kralj signed for Slovak club Spartak Trnava coached by his former coach at Partizan Vladimir Vermezović. He signed two-year contract, but in November 2009 it was announced that contract was terminated with mutual consent.
International career
Kralj made his international debut in a 3–2 victory away at Argentina, and went on to play 41 times for Yugoslavia. He played in all of Yugoslavia's 1998 FIFA World Cup games, and in 6 of Yugoslavia's 8 UEFA Euro 2000 qualifying games, where he conceded 6 goals. Yugoslavia went to the quarter-finals of the tournament but were ousted by the Netherlands in a big defeat 6–1. Kralj conceded 6 goals in where Patrick Kluivert became the man of the match with 3 goals scored.
