In music, the introduction is a passage or section which opens a movement or a separate piece, preceding the theme or lyrics. In popular music this is often abbreviated as intro. The introduction establishes melodic, harmonic, and/or rhythmic material related to the main body of a piece.
Introductions may consist of an ostinato that is used in the following music, an important chord or progression that establishes the tonality and groove for the following music, or they may be important but disguised or out-of-context motivic or thematic material. As such the introduction may be the first statement of primary or other important material, may be related to but different from the primary or other important material, or may bear little relation to any other material.
A common introduction to a rubato ballad is a dominant seventh chord with fermata, Play an introduction that works for many songs is the last four or eight measures of the song,

Ravager is the name of five fictional comic book characters in the DC Universe, four villains and one hero. Four have appeared in series featuring the Teen Titans and have a connection to the villain Deathstroke, Slade Wilson.
The first Ravager is Deathstroke's older son Grant Wilson, who dies attempting to assassinate the Teen Titans under a contract from the H.I.V.E., causing Deathstroke to hold the Titans responsible for his death. Because of a procedure the H.I.V.E. undertook to imitate his father's abilities, he gains enhanced strength and reflexes.
In Teen Titans, vol.3, #31 (February 2006), Grant was temporarily resurrected by Brother Blood to guard Kid Eternity. In the Teen Titans tie-in to the Blackest Night crossover, Grant Wilson was reanimated as a member of the Black Lantern Corps, attacking his father and half-sister.
After the events of Flashpoint, Grant's history was changed. He appears to have been beaten and killed in an explosion by Midnighter, but returned after a few years trying to kill his father. Grant surreptitiously manipulates Deathstroke, by allying himself with the fathers of one of Slade's victims and sending a number of villains called Legacy to weaken the mercenary before really facing him. In the aftermath, even having a chance to kill Deathstroke, Grant hesitated and simply walked away.
Krisiun is a Brazilian death metal band, founded by brothers Alex Camargo (bass, vocals), Moyses Kolesne (guitars) and Max Kolesne (drums). Since its formation in 1990, the group recorded two demos, Evil Age in 1991 and Curse of the Evil One in 1992, and self-released an extended play (EP) titled Unmerciful Order in 1993. After signing with Dynamo Records (a Brazilian label), Krisiun released the debut full-length Black Force Domain in 1995, followed by Apocalyptic Revelation, in 1998. They signed with major label Century Media in 1999, releasing a further eight studio albums.
Krisiun was formed in 1990, by three brothers, vocalist/bassist Alex Camargo, guitarist Moyses Kolesne and drummer Max Kolesne. (Alex uses his mother's maiden name.) They have toured extensively through North America, South America and Europe (recording their first official DVD while in Poland).
The band is heavily influenced by the debut albums of Sodom, Kreator, Morbid Angel and Slayer. Their violent lyrics and very fast musical tempo makes them one of the most eminent "extreme death metal" bands in the world.
Damned kingdom of fertility and creation - darkned
destiny
yet strengthened with the power of gods - underworld
awaits
hunger lord of pestilence and flies - infiltrator of
plague
defy the raging of gods - ravager of earth
mundane spirits rejoice - at night wings
when the soil drains pouring blood
when the ashes of dead arise
spill thy blood for the master
defecation on the cross of salvation - assault the
altar
immense halo of flies - enchanting pest
slowly crossing the plane - blind rapture
spilling the seed of plague - hatred consecration
ascending smoke of putrid stench
unleash the pestilence wrath
worms erupt from Christ infection
entire creation perish bellow
unleash terror as cruelty descends
grotesque lord the emperor
to thee each wound bleeds back
nihilistic entiry smash the harmony
gruesome lord of the emperor
pestilent seed of decay
defecate on the raped pray
crush the ones who defy
manifest of decayed stench
as the confined undead awake
unleash the pestilent wrath
for the hunger lord of flies
