Ingrave is a village in south Essex. It is situated on and around the A128 road, 2 miles (3 km) south of Brentwood.
Ingrave's name is derived from that of the original manor in this area, "Ging-Ralph" or "Ralph’s-ing". The manor was originally owned by the Mordaunt[disambiguation needed ] family but was acquired by the Petre family in 1573. The Petres built Thorndon Hall (now luxury apartments) on the site in 1770.[1]

Falling when I'm dreaming
Screaming while you're calling
Dying, I'm alone in the darkness
See me, there's nothing left for me
You are standing beside
And you see me wither
As I am closing my eyes
Repressing my mind
Out of this world to reveal me
Blinded by me not you
How could I lie
How could I ever deny
That the source of my pain
Is the source of myself
Slowly fading away
My ghosts they whisper
Reaching out for your hand
Am I all alone?
Hear me, I'm your friend in tie darkness
