Inez
Inez is an American spelling of the Spanish and Portuguese name Inés/Inês, the forms of the given name "Agnes". The name is pronounced as /iːˈnɛz/, /aɪˈnɛz/, or /aɪˈnɛθ/.
Agnes is a woman's given name, which derives from the Greek word hagnē, meaning "pure" or "holy". The Latinized form of the Greek name is Hagnes, the feminine form of Hagnos, meaning "chaste" or "sacred".

Plot
Maestro Gabriel Atlan-Ferrara, on the eve of his possibly last performance, reflects upon his relationship with Inez Prada. Though the maestro and the diva had only met thrice in their relationship of nearly three decades, the intensity never fades. Their relationship is characterized by mutual admiration, a sense of independence and ego. Parallel to this, a fable of primeval human male and female union (re-union) is also portrayed, and the two streams blend into one at the climax, which is on the border of realism and fantasy. The maestro's favorite work, The Damnation of Faust by Hector Berlioz often comes up as a backdrop as well as a metaphor.

Inez (born Tina Inez Gavilanes Granda, 15 October 1977 on Frederiksberg) is a Danish singer.
Her musical style can be described as dance music, with pop, club and Latin elements. She primarily sings in English, but often incorporates Spanish words and phrases in her songs.
In Scandinavia she is best known for her debut single "Stronger", which was played frequently in clubs across the Scandinavian countries throughout 2006. The single has subsequently been signed to Tommy Boy Records for a United States release. "Stronger" hit #7 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play in October 2007. "Stronger" and her following singles have all received airplay on Danish radio stations as well as a number of radio stations across Europe.
