Indiggo, consisting of Romanian-born American twin sisters Gabriela and Mihaela Modorcea, is the singing/songwriting duo signed with Imagem since 2011. The twins are also reality television personalities, professional actresses, writers, and composers.
Their published music includes the single "LA LA LA" which can be heard on rappers Jay-Z and Kanye West’s 2011 Watch The Throne album and "Be My Boyfriend" (Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Ariola, 2006), which charted in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Their signing with international music label Imagem consists of a worldwide, multi-year publishing/grand rights deal. In 2006, they competed to represent Romania at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, finishing 7th out of 12 songs in the National Final. In 2008, they qualified for the top-40 semi-finals on Season 3 of America's Got Talent.
The twin sisters are from Brașov, Transylvania, Romania. Mihaela is five minutes older than Gabriela.
The twins' father is Grid Modorcea, a writer, author and filmmaker, and their mother is Violeta Modorcea, who, in 2006, was Indiggo's manager.
Burned out buildings
Riots in tha streets
Peace is broken at the fault of police
Feelings rise
Cars explode
Crowds swell
Clips unload
Coming through the tear gas with a flare
Rag 'round my face and my fist in the air
Are we the only ones alive?
Renegades in a hail of suicide
Have I been sleeping all these years?
Fighting the dead in the dying years
They'll never take us; the renegade batch
