Incanto

Incanto is the twelfth studio album by Classical Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli, released November 4, 2008, coinciding with his 50th birthday. The album, a personal tribute to the musical traditions of his homeland, features mainly Neapolitan love songs from Bocelli's childhood.

The two disc set also contains Incanto: The Documentary, a bonus DVD containing exclusive documentary footage, including an interview with Bocelli filmed in Naples, alongside a music video showcasing the Italian city in the 1950s. The video features rare clips of notable figures enjoying the romance of Naples in its heyday such as Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton, Sophia Loren, John F. Kennedy, among others.

On February 21, 2009, at the Italian talk-show, Che tempo che fa, Bocelli received a four times Diamond disc for Incanto, for selling in excess to 1,5 million copies within 4 month of its release. The album was also nominated for "album of the year" at the 2009 Classical BRIT Awards.

In Japan the album was released in January 21, 2009 as Santa Lucia: Miwaku no Italian Songs (サンタ・ルチア～魅惑のイタリアン・ソングス, Santa Ruchia: Meiwaku no Itarian Songusu, Santa Lucia: Fascinating Italian Songs) and featured two bonus tracks.

Incanto (Tiziano Ferro song)

"Incanto" is a song co-written by Tiziano Ferro, and Emanuele Dabbono. Ferro and Dabbono were subsequently credited as "joint co-writers" and the song was released as a single in January 2015. It was released as the second single from the compilation album TZN - The Best of Tiziano Ferro. The Spanish version (Encanto) was sung along with Spanish singer Pablo López.

The song was performed live for the first time February 10, 2015 to the first evening of the 65th edition of the Sanremo Festival, an event in which he participated as a special guest. At the same event also he performed a medley of Non me lo so spiegare, Sere nere and Il regalo più grande.

Music video

The video for "Incanto" was directed by Gaetano Morbioli, filmed at Milan, and it presented on the website of Italian newspaper la Repubblica on January 20, 2015. The video shows various movies showing a typical days of the artist, from the alarm clock meetings with fans.

February 24, 2015 was published on profile Vevo artist the video for Encanto, the Spanish version of the song. Also directed by Gaetano Morbioli, it shows the same images clip Italian alternate with those of Pablo López who plays his parts.
