My Lives is a box set compilation of demos, outtakes, B-sides, soundtrack cuts, live recordings and album cuts by American singer/songwriter Billy Joel. It was released on November 22, 2005. The album name is derivative of the Billy Joel song "My Life". The liner notes were written by longtime Rolling Stone magazine contributor Anthony DeCurtis.
The set is notable for including numerous tracks which had been previously released, but had never been available on an official Billy Joel album, including songs from his days with The Lost Souls, The Hassles, and Attila, various B-sides, and soundtrack contributions such as "Why Should I Worry?", which his character sang in the Disney animated film Oliver and Company.
The cover of the box set was painted by Joel's daughter, Alexa Ray Joel, when she was seven years old.
It was Joel's 20th album to chart on the Billboard 200, peaking at #171 in December 2005.
There are five discs included in My Lives: four CDs and one DVD. All Songs written by Billy Joel, except where noted.

A virtuoso (from Italian virtuoso [virˈtwoːzo] or [virtuˈoːso], "virtuous", Late Latin virtuosus, Latin virtus, "virtue", "excellence", "skill", or "manliness") is an individual who possesses outstanding technical ability in a particular art or field such as fine arts, music, singing, playing a musical instrument or composition. This word also refers to a person who has cultivated appreciation of artistic excellence, either as a connoisseur or collector. Virtuoso's plural form is either virtuosi or the Anglicisation, virtuosos, and the feminine forms are virtuosa and virtuose.
Music in the Western civilization by Piero Weiss and Richard Taruskin gives the following definition of virtuoso:
The defining element of virtuosity is the performance ability of the musician in question, who is capable of displaying feats of skill well above the average performer.
Especially in music, both critics and musicians have mixed opinions on virtuosity. While the skill implied is clearly positive, musicians focused on virtuosity have been criticized for overlooking substance and emotion in favor of raw technical prowess.
Virtuoso is a 2007 album by violinist David Garrett, released in Europe. Its tracks, listed below, are mostly borrowed from his earlier album, Free:
Well, bless my soul, what's wrong with me?
I'm itching like a man on a fuzzy tree
My friends say I'm actin' queer as a bug
I'm in love...I'm all shook up
Uh huh huh, oh, hey, yeah, yeah
Well, my hands are shaky and my knees are weak
I can't seem to stand on my own two feet
Now who do you think of when you have such luck
I'm in love...I'm all shook up
Uh huh huh, oh, hey, yeah, yeah
Well, please don't ask what's on my mind
I'm a little mixed up but I'm feeling fine
When I'm near the girl that I love best
My heart beats so that it scares me to death
Well, she touched my hand what a chill I got
Her kisses are like a volcano that's hot
I'm proud to say that she's my buttercup
I'm in love...I'm all shook up
Uh huh huh, oh, hey, yeah, yeah
Well, my tongue gets tied when I try to speak
My insides shake like a leaf on a tree
There's only one cure for this soul of mine
That's to have that girl that I love so fine
She touched my hand what a chill I got
Her kisses are like a volcano that's hot
I'm proud to say that she's my buttercup
I'm in love...I'm all shook up
Uh huh huh, oh, hey, yeah, yeah
Uh huh huh, oh, hey, yeah, yeah
Uh huh huh, oh, hey, yeah, yeah, I'm all shook up!
