5 A Day

5 A Day is any of various national campaigns in countries such as the USA, the United Kingdom and Germany, to encourage the consumption of at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day, following a recommendation by the World Health Organization that individuals consume "a minimum of 400g of fruit and vegetables per day (excluding potatoes and other starchy tubers)."

Australia

Go for 2 & 5 is the equivalent campaign in Australia, in which adults are said to need to eat at least two serves of fruit and five serves of vegetables each day. A "standard serve of fruit" is 150 grams of fresh fruit, whereas a "standard serve of vegetables" is 75 grams.

Canada

In Canada, the Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA), the Heart and Stroke Foundations Health Check Program, and the Canadian Cancer Society have partnered together to create the Fruits and Veggies - Mix it up! campaign, encouraging Canadian families to eat more healthily. The campaign focuses on easy ways to eat healthy where ever and whenever you can. The CPMA is a not-for-profit organization representing over 700 international and Canadian companies which are now responsible for 90% of fresh fruit and vegetable sales in Canada. It is funded through voluntary membership, as well as various services, activities, and sponsorship programs. The Heart and Stroke Foundation uses a team of registered dietitians that provide expertise when developing healthy eating information, tools, and resources. The Health Check symbol is placed only on foods meeting the nutrient criteria based on the recommendations of Canada’s Food Guide, making it easy for shoppers to choose healthier options at the supermarket.

Liré

Liré is a former commune in the Maine-et-Loire department in western France. On 15 December 2015, it was merged into the new commune Orée-d'Anjou. It was the home of the sixteenth-century French poet Joachim du Bellay and is mentioned in his poem "Heureux qui, comme Ulysse, a fait un beau voyage".

The village is situated between Nantes and Angers. There is an annual fest called "Comme dans l'temps". It takes play every last sunday of August.

Liré was a part of French Kingdom, from the moment that Anjou was considered in the french kingdom to.

It has in 2015 more than 2500 population. The soccer team of Liré is called Olympique Liré Drain. The team is on the PH division, it's the lowest division of the ligue atlantique de football, but it's higher than the district de Maine Et Loire. Liré's économy is mainly on agricultural way. It takes benefits of the proximity of Toyota's factory and all the services in Ancenis.

In the past Liré was called Lyré.

Day (automobile)

The Day Utility was an automobile manufactured in Detroit, Michigan by the Day Automobile Company from 1911-14. The Day used a four-cylinder, 30 horsepower (22 kW) engine and shaft drive. Removal of the rear seat and doors allowed the car to be converted from a five-seater touring car to a light truck in one minute. As a truck, the Day was able to carry up to 1,000 lb (450 kg) in a 36-inch (910 mm) by 96-inch (2,400 mm) cargo space. The rear seat could be lifted away by triggering two spring locks. The Day had an advertised price of $950US.

Restore the Fourth

Restore the Fourth is an American 501(c)(4) nonprofit that seeks to strengthen the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and end programs that violate it. Following the start of the Global surveillance disclosures, Restore The Fourth organized protests on July 4, 2013 (Independence Day), August 4 (Orwell Day), October 26 (Stop Watching Us), and April 10, 2014 (Shut Down Spy Centers). In 2015, Restore The Fourth helped to introduce the Surveillance State Repeal Act, worked to oppose the renewal of the PATRIOT Act authorities governing mass surveillance, filed an amicus brief in US v. Ganias, and introduced the Decide The Future surveillance scorecard for legislators.

History

Restore the Fourth originated on the social media website reddit shortly after the information leak by Edward Snowden, which detailed the US National Security Agency's (NSA) mass surveillance programs, most notably the PRISM. A subforum (known on reddit as a `subreddit') dedicated to the movement was created, garnering over 15,000 subscribers in 2 weeks. From there, Restore the Fourth moved to Snoonet, an IRC network for reddit communities. Most organization prior to July 4, 2013 occurred there, where local organizers, national organizers, and users from the subreddit collaborated.
