Over the Hedge

Over the Hedge is a syndicated comic strip written and drawn by Michael Fry and T. Lewis. It tells the story of a raccoon, turtle, a squirrel, and their friends who come to terms with their woodlands being taken over by suburbia, trying to survive the increasing flow of humanity and technology while becoming enticed by it at the same time. The strip debuted in June 1995.

RJ

A raccoon con artist, RJ takes pride in being extremely lazy. He apparently envisions himself as an intellectual; however, his "facts" are obviously false. He loves to ransack human homes, as well as watch them and their televisions through the windows. While he enjoys commenting on human life, most of his statements are false as well, although he has studied humans and knows their ways of getting food, and even has slightly imprinted on them. He was shown to care for Clara even before she was born, (after he learned that babies can hear some things outside of the mother from Verne) by reading The Hunchback of Notre Dame and singing a horrible version of "Stairway to Heaven". He is sometimes shown without a brain, using his brain cavity to store his "hanky", and breath mints. He is shown to have the ability to expand to fit a massive amount of food, and is known as "that horrible raccoon kid" on Halloween. He claimed in one strip that he is an immortal god, and once "confessed" to Verne for "lighting the fuse" to the Big Bang, which he explained was because "The matches were right there, and the sign said "Don't light this fuse!!!", so...". He also said that the universe "will have to reschedule the time when the Sun will burn out", as he has "a tail rinse that day".

The following is a list of characters that first appeared in the BBC soap opera EastEnders in 2015, by order of first appearance. All characters were introduced by the show's executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins. January saw the arrival of the year's first baby, Matthew Mitchell-Cotton, son of Ronnie Mitchell and Charlie Cotton. The following month saw the show celebrate its 30th anniversary with a live week, which oversaw the live arrivals of Vincent Hubbard, and the second baby born in 2015, Pearl Fox-Hubbard, Vincent's daughter with Kim Fox. In March, Claudette Hubbard arrived as Donna Yates' foster mother and an acquaintance of Les Coker, whilst Denise van Outen joined in April as Karin Smart. May saw the arrivals of Mick and Linda Carter's son Ollie Carter, the year's third baby, and Kush Kazemi's mother, Carmel. Paul Coker, the grandson of Les and Pam Coker, was introduced in June, as was Jade Green, the long-lost daughter of Shabnam Masood and Dean Wicks. After Kathy Beale's surprise return during the 30th anniversary in February, her husband Gavin Sullivan made his debut in August. September saw the arrivals of Louie, the baby son of Lauren Branning and Peter Beale. In October, Elaine Peacock's toyboy lover Jason Adams was introduced, as well as first transgender character to be played by a transgender actor, Kyle Slater. December saw the birth of the year's fifth baby, Stacey Slater's son, Arthur Fowler.

"Broke" is the 25th episode of the fifth season of the television series The Office, and the 97th overall episode of the series. It originally aired on NBC in the United States on April 23, 2009. In this episode, Michael learns his paper company is broke, and tries to keep this fact a secret when Dunder Mifflin offers to buy out the Michael Scott Paper Company since the company has stolen most of Dunder Mifflin Scranton's clients.

The episode was written by Charlie Grandy and directed by Steve Carell, marking his directorial debut. "Broke" was the last of a six-episode arc involving Michael quitting to start the Michael Scott Paper Company; it was also the last of six episodes to prominently feature Idris Elba as Dunder Mifflin V.P. Charles Miner. According to Nielsen ratings, it was watched by 7.21 million viewers, and received the season's lowest rating in the 18–49 age group during its regular timeslot to that point in the season.

Plot

Michael (Steve Carell), Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Ryan (B. J. Novak) make early morning paper deliveries in a used van. The van has Korean writing on it which translates to "Hallelujah Church of Scranton." This routine, in addition to their regular duties at the Michael Scott Paper Company, takes such a toll on the group that they decide to look into hiring a delivery person. They are told by their accountant that because of their low prices and fixed-cost pricing model, they not only cannot afford a delivery person, but will be completely bankrupt in another month. Pam reveals to her coworkers that she has committed a great deal of money to her upcoming wedding and has had no response to the weekend part-time job applications she's submitted. Ryan responds by confessing that he never actually went to Thailand.

Feed the Beast (TV series)

Feed the Beast is an upcoming American crime drama television series based on the Danish series Bankerot by Kim Fupz Aakeson and adapted by Clyde Phillips for AMC, starring David Schwimmer and Jim Sturgess. It is announced to premiere in May 2016.

On June 25, 2015, AMC ordered Clyde Phillips for a 10-episode series Broke based on the Danish series Bankerot by Kim Fupz Aakeson, which Phillips would executive produce. AMC Studios, Lionsgate Television, and Clyde Phillips Productions would produce the series. Henrik Ruben Genz and Malene Blenkov, who have previously produced Bankerot, are also executive producers, with Piv Bernt. The show was renamed to Feed the Beast and announced to start production in February 2016 in New York City, for a May 2016 premiere.
