The International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF), located in Washington, D.C., is a network of thousands of women journalists working internationally to elevate the status of women in the media. The IWMF has created programs to help women in the media develop practical solutions to the obstacles they face in their careers and lives. The IWMF's work includes the Courage in Journalism Awards, the Lifetime Achievement Awards, the Leadership Institute and the Reporting on Agriculture and Women Project. The IWMF also supports an international free press and often forms petitions asking international governments to release journalists in captivity and offer protection to journalists in danger.
In March 2011, the IWMF organized an international conference of women leaders at George Washington University in order to commemorate the organization's twentieth anniversary and reflect on the status of women in the media.
In 2011, the IWMF published a report titled Global Report on the Status of Women in the News Media.
The morning after
Still hear your laughter
Why can't we sleep always?
The party's over
I'm gettin sober
Why can't we sleep always?
You better believe - you sucker!
You better believe - you sucker!
You better believe - you sucker!
You better believe - you sucker!
Ready to softly kill my pain
Ready to slightly lose my brain
Ready to softly kill my pain
Ready to slightly go insane
And while I'm dreaming
Still hear you screaming
Why can't we sleep always?
I'm so relendless
But nothing's endless
Why can't we sleep always?
You better believe - you sucker!
You better believe - you sucker!
You better believe - you sucker!
You better believe - you sucker!
Ready to softly kill my pain
Ready to slightly lose my brain
Ready to softly kill my pain
