Esfid, Qom

Esfid (Persian: اسفيد‎‎, also Romanized as Esfīd; also known as Ispi) is a village in Qahan Rural District, Khalajastan District, Qom County, Qom Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 289, in 79 families.

Institute for International Political Studies - ISPI (full official name in Italian Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale), founded in 1934, is one of the oldest Italian institutes specialised in international affairs. It is a private law association, granted the status of non-profit-making body in 1972,and operates under the supervision of the Foreign Ministry and administratively under the control of the Treasury and State Auditors' Office. It headquarters are in Palazzo Clerici, a splendid example of 18th-century Milanese patrician building which boasts among its treasures the famous room with a Tiepolo fresco.

The Institute's activities branch out in four major directions: research, publications, career training and organizations of events.
