Southeast–Venezuela

Southeast–Venezuela (UCI team code: STH) is an UCI Professional Continental team whose license is held in Italy, and consists mainly of Italian riders and staff.

In light of the doping scandals which took place within the team, during the 2013 and 2014 season, Neri Sottoli dropped their title-sponsorship for the 2015 season and Luca Scinto left the team. As a result of the lack of sponsorship Chinese construction company SouthEast Space Frame Co. became title sponsor of the team.

Doping

On 24 May 2013, while Danilo Di Luca was riding in the Giro, the UCI announced that he had had an adverse finding in an out-of-competition doping test at his home on 29 April. On 3 June 2013, it was announced that Mauro Santambrogio had tested positive for erythropoietin (EPO) after the first stage of the 2013 Giro d'Italia. The team fired both riders immediately.

On 12 September 2014, the UCI revealed that Matteo Rabottini has tested positive for EPO in an out of competition test performed on August 8. As a result, he was dropped by the Italian Cycling federations long list for the 2014 UCI Road World Championships. In December 2014 Rabbotinis samples were counter analysed and provided confirmation that they were positive for EPO. The team is set to terminate Rabbotini's contract and begin legal proceedings against him upon final confirmation of his positive test.

Independent School District 196

Independent School District 196 is a K-12 public school district located in the south suburban Twin Cities, near both Minneapolis and St. Paul in Minnesota.

Also known as the Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan School District, District 196 serves approximately 28,300 students in grades Early Childhood-12 and is Minnesota's fourth largest school district. The 110-square-mile (280 km²) district boundary includes all or part of seven cities - Rosemount, Apple Valley, Eagan, Burnsville, Coates, Inver Grove Heights and Lakeville - and rural Empire and Vermillion townships.

District 196 has 18 elementary schools (grades k-5), six middle schools (grades 6-8), and four high schools (grades 9-12), the School of Environmental Studies optional high school (grades 11-12), the Area Learning Center alternative high school (grades 9-12) and Dakota Ridge special education school (grades k-12).
