Kounotori 6

Kounotori 6 (こうのとり6号機), also known as HTV-6, will be the sixth flight of the H-II Transfer Vehicle, an unmanned cargo spacecraft launched to resupply the International Space Station.

As of December 2015, launch is scheduled for December 1st, 2016.

Spacecraft

Kounotori 6 will test several new technologies. The mission will test thin film solar cells in space. A reentry capsule, essentially a miniaturized HTV-R capsule, will be carried in the pressurized section.

This HTV flight will also have an experimental electrodynamic tether (EDT). The tether is equipped with a 20 kg end-mass, and will be 700 m long when deployed. A maximum 10 mA current will run through the tether. Kounotori's ISS rendezvous sensor will be utilized to measure how the end-mass moves during the test. The EDT experiment will be conducted following Kounotori 6's departure from the ISS, and is to be held for a week. After the experiment, the tether will be separated before the spacecraft proceeds with the de-orbit maneuvers.

ITV Wales & West

ITV Wales and West, previously known as HTV, refers to the Independent Television franchise area until 31 December 2013, licensed to a broadcaster by the regulator Ofcom.

There is no channel, past or present, named "ITV Wales and West". The licence relates to a 'dual region', meaning that the franchise area was divided into two regions, each of which must be served by distinct and separate ITV programme services as more fully defined within the licence. Today, those services are known as ITV Cymru Wales and ITV West Country (since ITV West and ITV Westcountry merged into a single region). They are provided by ITV plc which owns and operates the two services through its subsidiary ITV Broadcasting Ltd.

From January 2014, the dual-region licence was split in two, with ITV Cymru Wales for Wales and ITV West Country covering the West of England. Both licences remain held by ITV Broadcasting Ltd and the legal names of the former HTV companies have not yet been changed again.

HispanicTV

HispanicTV is a Latin American cable television channel that broadcasts Hispanic music videos. It is owned by Turner Broadcasting System Latin America and is available in the United States, Latin America and Europe. It is a 24-hour all-Spanish-language television music channel providing a mix of old and new hit music videos. Its format includes Balada, salsa, merengue and other popular Latin rhythms, introduced by the artists themselves in place of vee jays. HTV is broadcast from all Spanish speaking countries.

It was launched in 1996. In 2006, Time Warner's Turner Broadcasting System Latin America acquired HTV, along with Fashion TV (now Glitz*), Infinito, I.Sat, MuchMusic, Retro (now truTV), and Space from Claxson.

In 2010, Dish Network stopped carrying HTV.
