A honeymoon is the traditional holiday taken by newlyweds to celebrate their marriage in intimacy and seclusion. Today, honeymoons are often celebrated in destinations considered exotic and/or romantic.
This is the period when newly wed couples take a break to share some private and intimate moments that helps establish love in their relationship. This privacy in turn is believed to ease the comfort zone towards a physical relationship, which is one of the primary means of bonding during the initial days of marriage. The earliest term for this in English was hony moone, which was recorded as early as 1546.
In Western culture, the custom of a newlywed couple going on a holiday together originated in early 19th century Great Britain. Upper-class couples would take a "bridal tour", sometimes accompanied by friends or family, to visit relatives who had not been able to attend the wedding. The practice soon spread to the European continent and was known as voyage à la façon anglaise (English-style voyage) in France from the 1820s on.

Honeymoon (Spanish: Luna de miel), also shown as The Lovers of Teruel in the United States, is a 1959 film by the British director-writer Michael Powell based in part on the ballet El Amor Brujo by Gregorio Martínez Sierra. The film stars Anthony Steel, Ludmilla Tchérina and Spanish ballet dancer Antonio, and features Léonide Massine.
The film is something of a travelogue around Spain with dance interludes, mainly set to the repeated theme of "The Honeymoon Song" by Mikis Theodorakis. Performed in the film by Marino Marini and his quartet, it was subsequently recorded by many performers, including The Beatles.
Ballet dancer Anna Cato (Ludmilla Tchérina) has just given up the ballet to marry Australian farmer Kit Kelly (Anthony Steel). They are touring Spain in their open top Bentley for their honeymoon before going to live on the sheep station that Kit runs in Australia.
An American car races past them at high speed but it soon has to stop to change a burst tyre. The car is driven by the famous Spanish dancer Antonio and his wife Rosita Candelas (Rosita Sergova). They are a fiery couple, always arguing and when Antonio goes down to a stream to wash up after changing the tyre, Rosita drives away without him. Antonio, stranded in the middle of nowhere, starts dancing down the road in his well-known Zapateado.
STI may refer to:
Imatinib (INN), marketed by Novartis as Gleevec (Canada, South Africa and the USA) or Glivec (Australia, Europe and Latin America), and sometimes referred to by its investigational name STI-571, is a tyrosine-kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of multiple cancers, most notably Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML).
In order to survive, cells need signaling through proteins (signal cascade) to keep them alive. Some of the proteins in this cascade use a phosphate group as an "on" switch. This phosphate group is added by a tyrosine kinase enzyme. In healthy cells, these tyrosine kinase enzymes are turned on and off as needed. In Ph-positive CML cells, one tyrosine kinase enzyme, BCR-Abl, is stuck on the "on" position, and keeps adding phosphate groups. Imatinib blocks this BCR-Abl enzyme, and stops it from adding phosphate groups. As a result, these cells stop growing, and even die by a process of cell death (apoptosis). Because the BCR-Abl tyrosine kinase enzyme exists only in cancer cells and not in healthy cells, imatinib works as a form of targeted therapy—only cancer cells are killed through the drug's action. In this regard, imatinib was one of the first cancer therapies to show the potential for such targeted action, and is often cited as a paradigm for research in cancer therapeutics.

We try so hard to hold the pain
It goes away but it comes back again
I remember the night
Everything was so right
It's hard to know when to give or take
But I learn each day by each mistake
When your love is gone
You never need anyone, I remember
I'll never know, it keeps me guessing
Love's made another change
But you'll never know 'cause love is believing
And you've thrown faith away
Wounded, shot through the heart
And it just can't be the same
Wounded, shot down again
Wounded, shot through the heart
And I just can't take the pain
Wounded, shot down again
We try so hard to hold back the tears
Memories bring back those years
When your love is gone
You never needed anyone, I remember
Do you feel the pain the way I do
Is there something missing in you too
'Cause bye, love is gone and I ain't got no one
Is there anybody out there
I'll never know, it keeps me guessing
Love's made another change
But you'll never know 'cause love is believing
And you've thrown faith away
Wounded, shot through the heart
And it just can't be the same
Wounded, shot down again
Wounded, shot through the heart
And I just can't take the pain
Wounded, shot down again
I'll never know, it keeps me guessing
Love's made another change
But you'll never know 'cause love is believing
And you've thrown faith away
Wounded, shot through the heart
And it just can't be the same
Wounded, shot down again
Wounded, shot through the heart
And I just can't take the pain
Wounded, shot down again
Wounded, shot through the heart
And I just can't take the pain
