Crime of the Century is the third album by the English progressive rock band Supertramp, released in September 1974. Crime of the Century was Supertramp's commercial breakthrough in both the US and UK, aided by the UK hit "Dreamer" and the U.S. hit "Bloody Well Right". It was a UK Top 10 album and a U.S. Top 40 album, eventually being certified Gold in the U.S. in 1977 after the release of Even in the Quietest Moments.... The album was Supertramp's first to feature drummer Bob Siebenberg (at the time credited as Bob C. Benberg), woodwinds player John Anthony Helliwell, bassist Dougie Thomson, and co-producer Ken Scott.
The album's dedication reads "To Sam", which is a nickname for Stanley August Miesegaes, the Dutch millionaire who supported the band financially from 1969–72.
After the failure of their first two albums and an unsuccessful tour, the band broke up, and Rick Davies and Roger Hodgson recruited new members, drummer Bob C. Benberg, woodwinds player John Helliwell, and bassist Dougie Thomson. This new line-up were sent by their record label, A&M, in particular A&R man Dave Margereson (who would become their manager for the next ten years) to a seventeenth-century farm in Somerset in order to rehearse together and prepare the album.
Rudy [ˈrudɨ], also known as Rudy Wielkie ("Great Rudy") or Rudy Raciborskie, is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kuźnia Raciborska, within Racibórz County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) east of Kuźnia Raciborska, 20 km (12 mi) north-east of Racibórz, and 40 km (25 mi) west of the regional capital Katowice. The village has a population of 2,800.
With history going back to the 13th century, it is a site of a gothic Cistercian palace-monastery.
Rudy gives its name to the protected area called Rudy Landscape Park (in full: "Landscape Park of the Cistercian Landscape Compositions of Rudy Wielkie").

"Rudy" is a pop rock ballad written by Dennis Frederiksen, Henri Belolo, Howie Epstein, Jacques Morali, Jimmy Hunter and Mark Maierhoffer. Produced by John Farrar and under the label of Columbia Records, in May 6, 1982, it was covered by American singer-actress Cher, who released it as the lead single from her seventeenth studio album. The song also appears on the greatest hits compilation The Very Best of Cher (2003) as fourteenth track of the International version of the album.
No music video was ever made for the song, which did not help the song's chart fortunes.

"Higher" is a song performed by British-Irish girl group The Saturdays taken from their debut extended play, Headlines!. Written by Ina Wroldsen and co-written & produced by Arnthor Birgisson, the song confirmed to be the EP's second single when it was released on 1 November 2010 by Fascination Records. In preparation for its release, the single was remixed to feature new vocals from American rapper Flo Rida after the rapper's single "Club Can't Handle Me" beat the group's previous single "Missing You" to number one; it was the second time they had lost the position to Flo Rida. Rochelle Wiseman jokingly said that the group would never get a number one until they collaborated with him.
Flo Rida personally offered the collaboration for both his and the group's fans. Critics generally praised the song as the strongest offering from Headlines!, for being infectious, catchy and feisty, although it received negative reception for overproduction. An accompanying music video for the song was shot in Los Angeles at Fox Studios, at the end of August 2010, and features the girls dancing through a New York traffic jam. The single remix of the song premiered on 16 September 2010 through Capital FM, while a new version of the video featuring Flo Rida premiered on 9 October 2010. "Higher" was successful, peaking in the top-ten in the Scottish and UK singles charts as well as top-fifteen in Ireland. It also won the 2011 Popjustice £20 Music Prize.
Higher is the second studio album by the five-piece British-Irish doo-wop boy band The Overtones. The album was released on October 1, 2012 in the UK via Rhino Entertainment. The album was preceded by the release of the lead single, "Loving the Sound". The band worked with a number of well-known producers on the album, including Trevor Horn, Walter Afanasieff and Steve Robson, as well as production team Future Cut, who produced most of the original tracks on the album.
On September 29, 2012, the band appeared on an episode of Red or Black?, appearing as part of a challenge involving using a handkerchief in their performance. They performed three songs in a medley, including the album's lead single "Loving the Sound". On December 9, 2012, they appeared as special guest performers in the final episode of the ninth series of The Xtra Factor. Despite not being a single from the album, "Runaround Sue" has been a staple of the band's live set since its inception and is one of the crowd favourites on tour. On October 4, 2012, Higher entered the Irish Albums Chart at #19, before entering the UK Albums Chart at #6 two days later, becoming the band's second top ten album in the UK.
