17 Again is a 2009 American comedy film directed by Burr Steers. The film follows 37-year-old Mike (Matthew Perry) who becomes a 17-year-old high school student (Zac Efron) after a chance accident. The film also features Leslie Mann, Thomas Lennon and Michelle Trachtenberg in supporting roles. The film was released in the United States on April 17, 2009.
In 1989, seventeen-year-old Mike O'Donnell (Zac Efron) learns during the start of his high school championship basketball game that his girlfriend Scarlet Porter (Allison Miller) is pregnant. Moments after the game begins, he leaves the game and goes after Scarlet, abandoning his hopes of going to college and becoming a professional basketball player.
In 2009, Mike (Matthew Perry), now thirty-seven years old, finds his life stalled. Scarlet (Leslie Mann), now his wife and mother of their two children, has separated from him due to his blaming her for his regrets about abandoning his future, forcing him to move in with his geeky, yet extremely wealthy, best friend since high school, Ned Gold (Thomas Lennon). At his job, we see another reason for his frustration: due to his lack of higher education and since he is significantly older than most of his co-workers, he is passed over for a promotion he deserves in favor of a much younger worker. He quits his job and his high school-age children, Maggie (Michelle Trachtenberg) and Alex (Sterling Knight) want nothing to do with him. Later, while visiting his high school to reminisce, an encounter with a mysterious janitor (Brian Doyle-Murray) transforms Mike back into his seventeen-year-old self.
Remix: Making Art and Commerce Thrive in the Hybrid Economy is Lawrence Lessig's fifth book. It is available as a free download under a Creative Commons license. It details a hypothesis about the societal effect of the Internet, and how this will affect production and consumption of popular culture.
In Remix Lawrence Lessig, a Harvard law professor and a respected voice in what he deems the "copyright wars", describes the disjuncture between the availability and relative simplicity of remix technologies and copyright law. Lessig insists that copyright law as it stands now is antiquated for digital media since every "time you use a creative work in a digital context, the technology is making a copy" (98). Thus, amateur use and appropriation of digital technology is under unprecedented control that previously extended only to professional use.
Lessig insists that knowledge and manipulation of multi-media technologies is the current generation's form of "literacy"- what reading and writing was to the previous. It is the vernacular of today. The children growing up in a world where these technologies permeate their daily life are unable to comprehend why "remixing" is illegal. Lessig insists that amateur appropriation in the digital age cannot be stopped but only 'criminalized'. Thus most corrosive outcome of this tension is that generations of children are growing up doing what they know is "illegal" and that notion has societal implications that extend far beyond copyright wars. The book is now available as a free download under one of the Creative Commons' licenses.

A high-pressure area, high or anticyclone is a region where the atmospheric pressure at the surface of the planet is greater than its surrounding environment.
Winds within high-pressure areas flow outward from the higher pressure areas near their centers towards the lower pressure areas further from their centers. Gravity adds to the forces causing this general movement, because the higher pressure compresses the column of air near the center of the area into greater density – and so greater weight compared to lower pressure, lower density, and lower weight of the air outside the center.
However, because the planet is rotating underneath the atmosphere, and frictional forces arise as the planetary surface drags some atmosphere with it, the air flow from center to periphery is not direct, but is twisted due to the Coriolis effect, or the merely apparent force that arise when the observer is in a rotating frame of reference. Viewed from above this twist in wind direction is in the same direction as the rotation of the planet.
Escape was a 1926 British play in nine episodes written by John Galsworthy. After a run in the London West End it transferred to Broadway where it was produced and staged by Winthrop Ames. It ran for 173 performances from 26 October 1927 to March 1928 at the Booth Theatre. It was included in Burns Mantle's The Best Plays of 1927-1928.
It was adapted into the 1930 film, Escape, and remade in 1948 Escape.
Former World War I British Army Captain Matt Denant protects a poor prostitute from an over-persistent plain-clothes police detective. In a scuffle Denant hits the dick who as a result falls, hitting his head, and dies. Denant gets sentenced to Dartmoor Prison for manslaughter and escapes from a work detail. The plot is a series of episodes where Denant meets people who will either abet or obstruct his escape thus becoming a study in class structure and ethos according to Galsworthy's interpretation of 1920s British society.
All I want to do
Is sit and wait for you
All I want to do
Is sit and wait for you
Are you movin' ahead
Am I fallin' behind
Fuck it, probably either way, it's probably all in my mind
You got all that you want
I got nothin' but time
Honestly all we want is somebody to grind with
In a junior high prom, probably regrettin' my haircut
And the color of my tie, let's photoshop it and airbrush
As long as the girl with me is more fly than air miles
I'mma be a happy camper with nothin' to care about
Damn, well put, that's the way it goes
I know you say that you love him, but that was days ago
I moved to London and tried to find me a Daisy Lowe
I mean it can't be that hard to find a crazy ho
She high up on the Macy floor, I'm flowin' in my fast car
You want to watch the world end in my backyard
We go in circles, that's nascar
Only you get me high, high, high
High again
Leavin' your smell on my clothes
I think that I'm losin' my mind again
Baby, don't leave me alone
You get me high, high, high, high
All I want to do
Is sit and wait for you
All I want to do
Is sit and wait for you
Are you goin' with him, am I takin' you home
Fuck it, probably either way, I end up alone
You got all that you want, I got nothin' to show
Honestly all we want is somebody to bone, so
Can I get your phone number, your credit card, and your passport
You gave me this crude face like why did I ask for it
My plane to the UK, but I didn't pack for it
If this is a layup, then where is the backboard
A sinful investigation is makin' me ?
I'm with you, I'm suffocating, my lungs are like fuckin' fire
There isn't an explanation you wouldn't try to get me high
Only you get me high, high, high
High again
Leavin' your smell on my clothes
I think that I'm losin' my mind again
Baby, don't leave me alone
You get me high, high, high, high
Nobody's gonna keep me down
(You get me high again)
My feet are floatin' off the ground
(You get me high again)
And every time they'll be show around
I'll be alone and stay by your side
Only you can get me this high
Only you get me high, high, high
High again
Leavin' your smell on my clothes
I think that I'm losin' my mind again
Baby, don't leave me alone
