Hey! is an album by Julio Iglesias. It was released in 1980 by Columbia Records. The album hit number one worldwide, and sales of the Spanish version purportedly surpassed 20 million. In 1981, Iglesias was nominated for a Grammy Award for the album under the Latin Pop Album category.

Hey! (Jullie album)

Hey! is the debut studio album by Brazilian recording artist Jullie. It was released on September 22, 2009 by Deckdisc. After writing songs for several established acts, Jullie released this album. The main theme of the songs is girl power. The songs are mostly inspired by Jullie's love of youth, rebellion, and discover who you are in 4.modern lifestyle. Musically, the album drew inspiration from pop and pop rock influenced by singers like Lily Allen, Madonna, Alanis Morissette, and its main reference, Katy Perry, directed to a feminist position. The album was praised by the young, calling Jullie as "Brazilian Katy Perry" for his music style and way of dressing. The first single "Alice" was released in April and the second single "Hey!" was released in November, 2009.

Aweer language

Aweer (Aweera), also known as Boni (Bon, Bonta), is a Cushitic language spoken in Kenya. Historically known in the literature by the derogatory term Boni, the Aweer people are foragers traditionally subsisting on hunting, gathering, and collecting honey. Their ancestral lands range along the Kenyan coast from the Lamu and Ijara Districts into Southern Somalia's Badaade District.

According to Ethnologue, there are around 8,000 speakers of Aweer or Boni. Aweer has similarities with the Garre. However, its speakers are physically and culturally distinct from the Aweer people.

Evidence suggests that the Aweer/Boni are remnants of the early hunter-gatherer inhabitants of Eastern Africa. According to linguistic, anthropological and other data, these groups later came under the influence and adopted the Afro-Asiatic languages of the Eastern and Southern Cushitic peoples who moved into the area.

Bon (currency)

The bon (French Canadian, Polish) was a type of paper currency issued by merchants to meet the need for small change. Bon is an abbreviation for bon pour (French for "good for"). These notes were in wide use in the early part of the 19th century. They were sometimes referred to as "shin plasters" by English Canadians. Because of their widespread use, they are considered to be the precursor to modern banknotes.
