Tiger is an ABBA song featured on their 1976 album Arrival.

Performance

In the 1977 concert tours, the song was preceded by "the sound of helicopters booming over the speakers".

In the ABBA tribute band concert Live Music of Abba by the Arrival From Sweden, Tiger was the show opener.

Critical reception

Bright lights, dark shadows: the real story of Abba described the song as "rocky". The Guardian described the song as "gripping".

An American Tail

An American Tail is a 1986 American animated musical adventure film directed by Don Bluth and produced by Sullivan Bluth Studios and Amblin Entertainment. It tells the story of Fievel Mousekewitz and his family as they immigrate from Russia to the United States for freedom. However, he gets lost and must find a way to reunite with them. Steven Spielberg's first foray into animation and his first with Bluth, it was released on November 21, 1986 to positive reviews and was a box office hit, making it the highest-grossing non-Disney animated film at the time. The success of it, The Land Before Time, and Disney's Who Framed Roger Rabbit, as well as Bluth's departure from their partnership, prompted Spielberg to establish his own animation studio, Amblimation, which would later become DreamWorks Animation, which he cofounded with Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen.

Plot

In 1885, Shostka, Russia, the Mousekewitzes—a Russian-Jewish family of mice—who live with a human family named Moskowitz are having a celebration of Hanukkah where Papa gives his hat to his son, Fievel, and tells of a wonderful place called America, where there are no cats. The celebration is interrupted when a battery of Cossacks ride through the village square in an arson attack and their cats likewise attack the village mice.

Heroes (Shinedown song)

"Heroes" is the third single from Shinedown's second album, Us and Them. It reached number 4 on the U.S. Mainstream Rock chart and number 28 on the U.S. Modern Rock chart. As with the preceding single, "I Dare You", no music video was made for promotion.

There is a line in the second verse that goes "You can put a man on trial, but you can't make the guilty pay". This line first came from the title song of the 2009 deluxe re-release of Leave a Whisper. Despite it being released later than "Heroes", it was written before "Heroes" was.

Heroes (Måns Zelmerlöw song)

"Heroes" is a song by Swedish singer Måns Zelmerlöw. It was released on 28 February 2015 as a digital download in Sweden. The song was written and composed by Anton Malmberg Hård af Segerstad, Joy Deb and Linnea Deb. On 14 March, the song won Melodifestivalen 2015 and represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 in Vienna, Austria, which it won. It is the lead single for Zelmerlöw's sixth studio album Perfectly Damaged.

Critical reception

With 10 reviews from Wiwibloggs, "Heroes" received an average of 8.45 out of 10, the highest score at the final of Melodifestivalen based on their reviews. Robyn gave the song a perfect score of 10 and said that Måns was a charismatic performer. Deban gave the song a rate of 7.5 and said that Måns was "fabulously telegenic" and said "Heroes" is a weak entry without the visuals. Bogdan gave the lowest score for the song–3 out of 10– and said that the song was the child of David Guetta's "Lovers on the Sun" and Avicii's "The Nights". Denise described the song as a mix between Avicii and Coldplay and gave it 10 out of 10. Billy said that the song would certainly win Europeans' hearts and gave it 10 out of 10. Padraig described the song as "almost perfect" and gave it 9 out of 10. Angus said "Måns has demonstrated clear mandate to go to Eurovision" and gave it 10 out of 10. Ron praised the visual aspect of the performance and said "Heroes" was something deeper than all his previous songs in Melodifestivalen and gave it 9 out of 10. Sami said the song reminded of David Guetta and gave it 9 out of 10. William said the lyrics of the song made no sense and gave it 7 out of 10. Writing in The Independent, Kiran Moodley also compared it with the Guetta song, concluding "indeed the resemblance is uncanny."

Heroes is an album by Mark O'Connor, in which he plays duets alongside his childhood violin heroes, including Jean-Luc Ponty, Benny Thomasson, Byron Berline, Stéphane Grappelli, Johnny Gimble, and others. It crosses a variety of musical genres and contains recordings made from 1976 to 1992.
