Barrette

A barrette (American English), also known as a hair clip, hair-slide or clasp (British English), is a clasp for holding hair in place. They are often made from metal and/or plastic and sometimes feature decorative fabric. In one type of barrette, a clasp is used to secure the barrette in place; the clasp opens when the two metal pieces at either side are pressed together.

Barrettes are worn in different ways partly according to their size, with small ones often used at the front and large ones in the back to hold more hair. They are used to keep hair out of the eyes, or to secure a bun, a French twist or a ponytail. Short metal "clip" barrettes are sometimes used to pull back front pieces of hair. Barrettes are also sometimes used purely for decorative purposes.

Larger barrettes (some can be as long as 3–4 in (8–10 cm)) are designed to pull back (and, often, up) longer hair or a large amount of hair and are usually worn at the back of the head. If the intent is to pull hair back, the length of the barrette is not the only consideration; the width of the barrette also indicates approximately how much hair can be secured by it.

Hairé

Hairé is a rural commune in the Cercle of Douentza of the Mopti Region of Mali. The commune contains around 32 villages and in the 2009 census had a population of 29,741. The main village (chef-lieu) is Boni.

Hair (Lady Gaga song)

"Hair" is a song recorded by American singer Lady Gaga for her second studio album, Born This Way (2011). Written and produced by Gaga and RedOne, "Hair" was released worldwide digitally on May 16, 2011, as a promotional single from the album, as part of the iTunes Store's "Countdown to Born This Way" release. This was after the previous promotional release, "The Edge of Glory", was made the third single from the album. Nevertheless, Gaga explained that "Hair" was not planned to be a single, but may be released as one if it sells well at the iTunes Store, like "The Edge of Glory".

According to Lady Gaga, the melody of "Hair" resembles the work of metal bands Kiss and Iron Maiden, and is also influenced by Bruce Springsteen. The song is an uptempo club record inspired by Gaga's experience as a teenager, when her parents forced her to dress in a certain way. Gaga found that the only way to express herself was through her hair, and she described it as a song about liberation and her ability to change her ways. The lyrics talk about embracing one's hairstyle as their ultimate expression of freedom. "Hair" was recorded while Gaga was on tour with The Monster Ball throughout Europe. The song features a saxophone solo performed by saxophonist Clarence Clemons, a prominent member of The E Street Band. She personally wanted Clemons to play saxophone on the song, which he did by recording his part at a Manhattan studio at midnight, after he had just flown there from his home in Florida.

Clip (film)

Clip (Serbian: Klip, Клип) is a 2012 Serbian drama film directed by Maja Miloš and tells the story about young teenager girl Jasna who is obsessed with sex. The film became controversial for its depiction of some explicit scenes, supposedly performed by then fourteen years old actress Isidora Simjonović. However, the authenticity of those scenes is still debatable.

The director said in her interviews that Simjonović had been exposed to some degree of explicitness, however Miloš didn't tell how much of it nor to what kind of sexual acts. Also, Miloš said that prosthetic, dildos, special visual effects, body doubles had also been used, as well as the film had had long post production period but actually, she said nothing about unsimulated sex. However, due to the both film's hyper-realism and the use of minors as the main actors, film was banned in Russia as being a child pornography.

The film was released in Serbia on April 12, 2012 at Belgrade's Sava Center. It won KNF Award and Tiger Award at the 2012 Rotterdam International Film Festival.

CLIP2

CAP-Gly domain-containing linker protein 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CLIP2 gene.

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of cytoplasmic linker proteins, which have been proposed to mediate the interaction between specific membranous organelles and microtubules. This protein was found to associate with both microtubules and an organelle called the dendritic lamellar body. This gene is hemizygously deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.23. Alternative splicing of this gene generates 2 transcript variants.
