Hahakaar is a 1996 Bollywood film starring Akshay Anand, Neelima Azim and Chandni.

Plot

Police Inspector Saeed Rehman (Alok Nath) is an honest police officer in the city's police force. As he continues to workwithout accepting any bribes, he becomes a liability to some of his colleagues, including Inspector N.A. Pradhan (Shafi Inamdar), who frames him for a crime that he did not commit and gets him dismissedfrom the police force.
