The medical history or (medical) case history (also called anamnesis, especially historically) (often abbreviated hx or Hx) of a patient is information gained by a physician by asking specific questions, either of the patient or of other people who know the person and can give suitable information (in this case, it is sometimes called heteroanamnesis), with the aim of obtaining information useful in formulating a diagnosis and providing medical care to the patient. The medically relevant complaints reported by the patient or others familiar with the patient are referred to as symptoms, in contrast with clinical signs, which are ascertained by direct examination on the part of medical personnel. Most health encounters will result in some form of history being taken. Medical histories vary in their depth and focus. For example, an ambulance paramedic would typically limit their history to important details, such as name, history of presenting complaint, allergies, etc. In contrast, a psychiatric history is frequently lengthy and in depth, as many details about the patient's life are relevant to formulating a management plan for a psychiatric illness.
Oxybenzone or benzophenone-3 (trade names Milestab 9, Eusolex 4360, Escalol 567, KAHSCREEN BZ-3) is an organic compound. It is a white solid that is readily soluble in most organic solvents. Oxybenzone belongs to the class of aromatic ketones known as benzophenones. It is a component of many sunscreen lotions.
Being a conjugated molecule, oxybenzone absorbs at lower energies than many aromatic molecules. As in related compounds, the hydroxyl group is hydrogen bonded to the ketone. This interaction contributes to oxybenzone's light-absorption properties. At low temperatures, however, it is possible to observe both the phosphorescence and the triplet-triplet absorption spectrum. At 175 K the triplet lifetime is 24 ns. The short lifetime has been attributed to a fast intramolecular hydrogen transfer between the oxygen of the C=O and the OH.
Oxybenzone is produced by Friedel-Crafts reaction of benzoyl chloride with 3-methoxyphenol(3-hydroxyanisole).
The Price/Earnings Ratio or P/E ratio or PER is a ratio used to value a company.
There are multiple versions of the P/E ratio, depending on whether earnings are projected or realized, and the type of earnings.
Physical education, Phy. Ed., or PE, also known in many Commonwealth countries as physical training or PT, is an educational course related to the physique of the human body. It is taken during primary and secondary education and encourages psychomotor learning in a play or movement exploration setting to promote health.
In South Korea, it is mandatory for pupils to take a total of 3 hours of physical education through primary and secondary level schools
In Singapore, pupils from primary school through junior colleges are required to have 2 hours of PE every week, except during examination seasons. Pupils are able to play games like football, badminton, captain's ball, and basketball during most sessions. Unorthodox sports such as touchball, fencing, and skateboarding are occasionally played. In more prestigious secondary schools and in junior colleges, sports such as golf, tennis, shooting, and squash are played. A compulsory fitness exam, NAPFA, is conducted in every school once every year to assess the physical fitness of the pupils. Pupils are given a series of fitness tests (Pull-ups/Inclined pull-ups for girls, standing broad jump, sit-ups, sit-and-reach and 1.6 km for primary [10- to 12-year-olds]/2.4 km for secondary and junior college levels [13- to 18-year-olds]). Students are graded by gold, silver, bronze or fail. NAPFA for pre-enlistees serves as an indicator for an additional 2 months in the country's compulsory national service if they attain bronze or fail.
The United States Military Aircraft Designation System was first designed in 1919 when the US Army's Aeronautical Division became the United States Army Air Service. Before this aircraft were put into service under their manufacturers' designations.
During this period Type Designations used by the United States Army Air Service were allotted, using two or three letters, which were an abbreviation of the aircraft's purpose. Examples include GA for Ground Attack aircraft; NO for Night Observation aircraft and NBS for Night Bombardment, Short Distance aircraft.
From 1924 to 1947 the Air Service, United States Army Air Corps, United States Army Air Forces and United States Air Force used a designation system based on mission category, with each model in a category numbered sequentially. In 1947, the designation system was extensively overhauled, with several categories being dispensed with, and others renamed For instance, the Lockheed P-80 Shooting Star (Pursuit) was redesignated as F-80 (Fighter), while the A-26 medium bomber/attack aircraft was redesignated as the B-26, reusing the designation, the Martin B-26 having retired in the meantime.
The HOPE (abbreviation of Hackers on Planet Earth) conference series is sponsored by the hacker magazine 2600: The Hacker Quarterly and typically held at Hotel Pennsylvania, in Manhattan, New York City. Occurring biennially in the summer, there have been ten conferences to date with the most recent occurring 18–20 July 2014.
HOPE was significantly inspired by the quadrennial Hack-Tic events in the Netherlands which also inspired the annual Chaos Communication Congress (C3) held in Germany. Summercon was also an influential predecessor.
Held 13–14 August 1994 at the Hotel Pennsylvania, the first HOPE conference marked 2600: The Hacker Quarterly's 10th anniversary. Over 1,000 people attended, including speakers from around the world. Access to a 28.8 kbit/s local network was provided. This conference was visited and covered in the second episode of the This American Life radio show.
The 8–10 August 1997 Beyond HOPE conference was held at the Puck Building, in Manhattan, New York City. Attendance doubled, with 2,000 attendees. Bell Technology Group helped to support the hackers. A TAP reunion and a recorded live broadcast of Off the Hook took place. A 10 Mbit/s local network was provided to attendees.
[Verse 1]
And this is a song for those who need hope,
For those who can't see it,
though there's more than enough
And it's found in His everlasting love.
This is a song for those who feel weak,
For those who cant speak...
I'll be the words you need.
Just open your heart and agree.
[Pre-Chorus]
We're all part of a plan,
We've got a purpose.
We've got a destiny.
We're all headed somewhere and we're going soon
'cause yeah! We choose to believe.
[Chorus]
Halleluiah! Raise the banner high!
We're gonna let the whole world know!
Hosannah! He's coming like fire in the sky
to take His children home.
Halleluiah! Raise the banner high!
We're gonna let the whole world know!
Hosannah! He's coming like fire in the sky
to take His children home.
[Verse 2]
And this is a song for the broken spirit,
Whose wounds have sealed, yet you still feel it.
The pain is a weapon if you know how to use it.
And this is a song for those who are hated,
For those who have traded all of this world
to keep your soul.
You're goin through the fire but you're comin out gold!
[Pre-Chorus]
We're all part of a plan,
We've got a purpose.
We've got a destiny.
We're all headed somewhere and we're going soon
'cause yeah! We choose to believe.
[Chorus]
Halleluiah! Raise the banner high!
We're gonna let the whole world know!
Hosannah! He's coming like fire in the sky
to take His children home.
Halleluiah! Raise the banner high!
We're gonna let the whole world know!
Hosannah! He's coming like fire in the sky
to take His children home.
[Bridge]
And love covers a multitude of sins
It's why it always wins,
Its mercy never ends.
It's sooner than we think
We've gotta hold fast,
The confession of our faith...
Cause everything else, will all fade away,
While love and justice remains, it'll be okay,
We've just got to believe
that we're all a part of the victory,
And we've got a reason to sing!
[Chorus]
Halleluiah! Raise the banner high!
We're gonna let the whole world know!
Hosannah! He's coming like fire in the sky
to take His children home.
Halleluiah! Raise the banner high!
We're gonna let the whole world know!
Hosannah! He's coming like fire in the sky
