Gulzar is a union council of the Quetta District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan. It is located to the south-east of the district capital Quetta with an altitude of 1,653 m (5,423 ft).
When the British control on Quetta was established, it was turned into an army garrison. Today, where the staff college Quetta stands, at that very place, was a fort called "Fort Durrani". when the British chose Quetta to be a military garrison, they bought this fort from the Durrani's. In 1905 Asia's largest military academy staff college was established in Quetta. The Durranis were removed from it. Therefore Ghullam Sarver Khan Durrani s/o Sardar Saeed Khan Durrani bought a very large piece of land from Syed Mohammad Ashraf Shah s/o Syed Mohammad Sadiq Shah adjacent to killi Kirani Quetta and formed a village there called killi Gulzar. It is present today as well and its record is present in land review records.

The city is known as the fruit garden of Pakistan, due to the numerous fruit orchards in and around it, and the large variety of fruits and dry fruits produced there. Quetta is at an average elevation of 1,680 meters (5,510 feet) above sea level, making it Pakistan's only high-altitude major city. The population of the city is estimated to be approximately two million.
Located in northern Balochistan near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, Quetta is a trade and communication centre between the two countries. The city lies on the Bolan Pass route which was once the only gateway from Central Asia to South Asia. Quetta (Pashto: کوټه, Balochi: کوئٹہ) is a district in the north-west of Balochistan province of Pakistan. It was part of Quetta Division until the year 2000 when divisions were abolished. The district is famous for its agriculture produce, most notably fruit orchards but also including apples and grapes. The Hanna Valley is an area where almonds are grown. The population in 2008 was estimated to be 1.14 million
The ancient name of Quetta was Shalkot, a term by which it is still known among the people of the country, the District was held in turns by the Ghaznavids, Ghurids, and Mongols, and towards the end of the fifteenth century was conferred by the ruler of Herat on Shah Beg Arghun, who, however, had shortly to give way before the rising power of the Mughals. The Ain-i-Akbari mentions both Shal and Pishin as supplying military service and revenue to Akbar, however these areas passed with Kandahar to the Safavids. On the rise of the Ghilzai power in Kandahar at the beginning of the eighteenth century, simultaneously with that of the Baloch in Kalat, Quetta and Pishin became the battle-ground between Afghan and Baloch, Ahmad Shah Durrani Finally handed Quetta over to the Khan of Kalat Mir Noori Naseer Khan Baloch for helping him with his Baloch Army against Persians in Iran in 1751 against Marathas in Third Battle of Panipat (1761) and against Sikh in 1765 .
People say it just doesn't matter but,
The Closer I Get, I'm giving in, I can't escape, damn what a shame.
Listen to me just for a minute,
I can be quick no gimmick, yeah.
I've got a plan we should live it.
The Closer I Get, I can relate,
This ain't our place, let us go far far away.
Find a new home, rules of our own, you and me both are the same.
Try to be strong, baby come on now, come on.
Lie after lie, so many times, when I try to find a peace of mind.
I've got love for you when the time gets rough
When all the stress adds up,
When you say "I've had enough".
Got love for, you when the time gets rough.
When all the stress adds up,
When you say "I've had enough".
Whatever happened to the good times?
We should create for ourselves, not rely on.
They'll never get a hold of me.
Simple you see, simplicity.
Yeah, the Closer I Get, I can relate, I can't escape, oh the pain.
I've been right all the time, still tryin' to find a peace of mind.
I've got love for you when the time gets rough.
When all the stress adds up,
When you say "I've had enough".
Got love for, you when the time gets rough.
When all the stress adds up,
When you say "I've had enough".
Yes I found my own way out,
I'm going all the way,
Until the people all find out,
