Go to the Top is the debut album by Japanese singer-songwriter Hitomi, released on September 27, 1995 by Avex Trax. The first press edition of the album came with the CD case housed inside a hardback case, similar to a book. The inside of the back of the case contains a mini-photobook. The RIAJ has certified it 2x Platinum, recognizing over 500,000+ shipments throughout Japan. On the Oricon charts, the album's peak position was #3, and it stayed on the charts for eight weeks.
Hitomi had previously released two singles without much success. Her debut single, "Let's Play Winter" failed to chart on Japan's Oricon chart, and her follow-up single, "We Are "Lonely Girl"", while charting much better at position #61 on the charts, failed to make a big impression with sales.
It was not until the quiet release of her third single, "Candy Girl", that suddenly Hitomi found success. "Candy Girl" charted much higher than her previous attempts, becoming her first single to chart in the Oricon Top 20. This was most likely because "Candy Girl" had been aggressively marketed and appeared in a famous Japanese Kodak commercial. The single established the then 19-year-old Hitomi Furuya into a household name, showcasing her provocative image.
Go to the top is a song recorded by Japanese recording artist Kumi Koda for her eleventh studio album, Bon Voyage (2012). It was written by Kumi, while production was handled by Clarabell. The track was used as the opening theme song for the Âge–developed anime series Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse. Go to the top premiered on October 24, 2012 as the lead single from the album. Musically, the track was described as an electronic dance song with elements of 8-bit music, dance-pop, and dubstep.
Upon its release, Go to the top garnered positive reviews from music critics. Many critics commended the songs composition, lyrical content, and Kumi's vocal delivery. Minor criticism was towards the songs numerous musical elements. Go to the top was successful in Japan, peaking at #1 on the Japanese Oricon Singles Chart, Kumi's eighth #1 single. It also reached #10 on Billboard's Japan Hot 100 chart, and was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) for physical shipments of 100,000 units.

Goto (goto, GOTO, GO TO or other case combinations, depending on the programming language) is a statement found in many computer programming languages. It performs a one-way transfer of control to another line of code; in contrast a function call normally returns control. The jumped-to locations are usually identified using labels, though some languages use line numbers. At the machine code level, a goto is a form of branch or jump statement. Many languages support the goto statement, and many do not (see language support).
The structured program theorem proved that the goto statement is not necessary to write programs; some combination of the three programming constructs of sequence, selection/choice, and repetition/iteration are sufficient for any computation that can be performed by a Turing machine, with the caveat that code duplication and additional variables may need to be introduced. At machine code level, goto is used to implement the structured programming constructs.
In the past there was considerable debate in academia and industry on the merits of the use of goto statements. Use of goto was formerly common, but since the advent of structured programming in the 1960s and 1970s its use has declined significantly. The primary criticism is that code that uses goto statements is harder to understand than alternative constructions. Goto remains in use in certain common usage patterns, but alternatives are generally used if available. Debates over its (more limited) uses continue in academia and software industry circles.
