"Go D.J." is the second single from Lil Wayne's fourth studio album, Tha Carter. The single's famous beat is produced by DJ Mannie Fresh, who also provides vocals in the song. The lyrics to the song are both written and performed by Lil Wayne. The single became Lil Wayne's first solo hit, reaching the top three on the US Rap Charts and becoming a top 40 single. The song was Lil Wayne's most successful single as a lead artist until "Lollipop" reached number one in 2008.
The song's chorus is borrowed from an earlier song of the same title by New Orleans rap group U.N.L.V.
The song has been sampled numerous times, especially in later Lil Wayne tracks.
Music video
The video is set in a prison (the Mansfield Reformatory, where The Shawshank Redemption was shot) where Lil Wayne is freed from an electric chair, after which, he starts rapping. Birdman, Ronald 'Slim' Williams, Mannie Fresh, Gillie Da Kid, and C-Murder make cameos.

Kwik [kfik] (German: Quicka) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pisz, within Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Pisz and 87 km (54 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has an approximate population of 130.

Chinese Indonesian surname
A large number of ethnic Chinese people have lived in Indonesia for many centuries. Over time, especially under social and political pressure during the New Order era, most Chinese Indonesians have adopted names that better match the local language.
Colonial era to 1965
During the Dutch colonial era until the Japanese invasion in 1942, the Dutch administration recorded Chinese names in birth certificates and other legal documents using an adopted spelling convention that was based primarily on Hokkien (Min), the language of the majority of Chinese immigrants in the Dutch East Indies. The administrators used the closest Dutch pronunciation and spelling of Hokkien words to record the names. A similar thing happens in Malaya, where the British administrators record the names using English spelling. KWIK (1240 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a News Talk Information format serving the Pocatello, Idaho, USA area. The station is currently owned by Rich Broadcasting and licensed to Rich Broadcasting Idaho LS, LLC. The station features programming from Fox News Radio and Premiere Radio Networks.
Ownership
In October 2007, a deal was reached for KWIK to be acquired by GAP Broadcasting II LLC (Samuel Weller, president) from Clear Channel Communications as part of a 57 station deal with a total reported sale price of $74.78 million. What eventually became GapWest Broadcasting was folded into Townsquare Media on August 13, 2010.
