Gina Lynn
Gina Lynn (born February 15, 1974) is a Puerto Rican former pornographic actress, model, and stripper. She was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in 2010 and is the Penthouse magazine Penthouse Pet for April 2012.
Personal life
Lynn was born Tanya Mercado in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico Puerto Rico and raised in Jackson Township, New Jersey. She is of Italian and Dutch descent.
Career
In June 2000, Lynn signed a one-year exclusive performing contract with Pleasure Productions. As of 2009 she continues to make movies for the company, as well as for her own studio, Gina Lynn Productions. She also directs and has over 20 films to her credit.
Appearances
In 2006 Lynn was the subject of an interview by the Detroit newspaper Metro Times. The article compared Lynn to fellow porn actors such as Jewel De'Nyle, Belladonna, Taylor St. Claire and John Stagliano "who delve to the depths of their sexuality to exercise their most base desires".
In 2002 she had a cameo as a stripper in the film Analyze That. In recent years Lynn has appeared in several romantic comedies and other mainstream crossover roles such as Mancation (2012) with Joey Fatone,Calvin's Dream (2011),Rap Sucks (2011),Booley (2010),Still a Teen Movie. Lynn has also appeared in four episodes of the WE network reality series Secret Lives of Women and had the lead role in an independent short Allure (2009).
