History
The magazine was first published in October 1992 with a circulation enterprises Bakal doo from Zagreb, as the unofficial successor of Sirius, which was published from April 1976 to December 1989. Initially published only by the authors, but with the arrival of a new editor, Krsto A. Mažuranić, editorial policy is changed. In almost every issue one or two stories of local authors appear, which contributes to the development of a new generation of Croatian SF writers mid-90s, among which the most significant Marina Jadrejčić, Tatjana Jambrišak, Darko Macan and Aleksandar Žiljak.
During 2000 and 2001, Futura ceases to hold mainly regular monthly publication rhythm, and starting with the number 94, in the July 2001 the company Strip-Agent Ltd. from Zagreb overtakes issuing of Futura. The magazine is published regularly until 2004, but in 2005 only six numbers are published, in 2006 the number three, and in 2007 only one, after which Futura was suspended without formal notice.
Futura (TV channel)
Canal Futura (Futura Channel), also known as Futura, is a Brazilian paid educational television channel. It belongs to the Globosat group of channels, a subsidiary of Organizações Globo, and was founded on September 22, 1997. The channel of the station is captured on cable TV operators, and satellite dishes.
History
The station was established in 1997 as a project of the Fundação Roberto Marinho (Roberto Marinho Foundation). It has since become a reference as a project of education and relevant experience of social investment. The Canal Futura was created to bring the entire Brazilian population, especially the lower classes, knowledge that can be applied to everyday life, generating and proposing changes to a better integration in the labor market, family life, school and social.
The station is financially supported by the following partners maintainers: National Confederation of Industry of Brazil (CNI), Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP), Federation of Industries of the State of Rio de Janeiro (FIRJAN), Bradesco Foundation, Itaú Social Foundation, Vale Foundation, Rede Globo, Brazilian Service to Support Micro and Small Enterprises (SEBRAE), CNN and Votorantim Group.

Fuego (La Secta album)
Fuego is the fifth studio album released by Puerto Rican rock band La Secta. The album was released on November 24, 2008 by Sony International. It has already spawned two singles: "No Puedes Parar" and "Déjalos Que Hablen".
The band members have said that the album was an attempt to return to a more "organic sound and less fused", similar to their first albums.

El Mariel
El Mariel is the second studio album by Cuban-American rapper Pitbull. It features production from Lil Jon, Diaz Brothers, DJ Khaled, Mr. Collipark, The Neptunes and Jim Jonsin. It includes guest appearances from Lil Jon, Twista and Trick Daddy. A Spanish-language version of the album was released on October 31, 2006 featuring the three singles from El Mariel, along with twelve Spanish-only tracks. The album leaked onto the internet on October 27, 2006.
El Mariel debuted on the Billboard 200 at number 17, selling 48,000 copies that week; this was also the album's peak on the chart. The album has sold over a total of 214,000 copies.
Critical reception
David Jeffries of AllMusic noted that the album's political aspect is misleading, but praised it for having catchy party music mixed with the serious tracks and Pitbull for showing a little depth in his lyrical repertoire, concluding that, "While it's hard to deny the more mature Pitbull is something that needs to be explored further, it's just as hard to deny the rump-shaking, trunk-rumbling stunners he drops all over the album." Steve 'Flash' Juon of RapReviews praised the album's reggaeton sound and Pitbull's improvement as a lyricist and musician, concluding that, "Hip-Hop in South Florida is now more universal than ever thanks in large part to Pitbull's infectious flow and machismo." Agustin Gurza of the Los Angeles Times praised the album for conveying an artist that carries multiple dimensions and facets of a lived life, saying "we meet a Pitbull who is even likable and vulnerable."
