Fuck You and Then Some

Fuck You and Then Some (stylized as !!!Fuck You!!! and Then Some) is a 1996 reissue of the Overkill EPs Overkill (1984) and !!!Fuck You!!! (1987), combined with bonus live tracks, including a cover of Black Sabbath's "Hole in the Sky." The cover of this compilation album is the same as !!!Fuck You!!!, although the cover of that EP does not feature the words "and Then Some".

Pharoahe Monch

Troy Donald Jamerson (born October 31, 1972), better known by his stage name Pharoahe Monch, is an American rapper from Queens, New York City. He is known for his complex lyrics, complex delivery, and internal and multisyllabic rhyme schemes.

Biography

Pharoahe Monch's name is derived from the monkey doll Monchhichi. After receiving a bad haircut, which left Monch looking like a "chimpanzee", girls in Monch's class at the High School of Art and Design began calling him "Monchhichi", which was later shortened to "Monch". Monch adopted the "Pharoahe" prefix after meeting future Organized Konfusion partner Prince Po.

Monch released three albums as part of the rap duo Organized Konfusion with partner Prince Poetry: The self-titled Organized Konfusion, Stress: The Extinction Agenda and The Equinox. The duo handled a large amount of production on these albums themselves. All albums received positive critical reviews, but moderate sales. As a result, the duo split up after recording their final album The Equinox in 1997. Prince Poetry has since denied the possibility of an Organized Konfusion reunion.

Grazia di Fresco, better known by her stage name Sha, is a German singer of Italian descent who rose to fame in the summer of 2006 with her debut single "JaJa".

Formation

Sha grew up in Schwieberdingen near Stuttgart. After finishing school in the year 2000 at the Hans Grüninger High School in Markgröningen she moved to Munich and published in 2001 as artist Grazia on an indie label, the song Rome or Paris. The song was not a commercial success. Five years later she wrote a record contract with major label EMI.

Subsequent career

Her debut single "JaJa" was released in the beginning of August 2006 and charted right away on the German and Austrian music charts. The song is a cover version of the 1990 hit "Ice Ice Baby" of American rapper Vanilla Ice, for which new German lyrics were written by its producer Ole Wierk. In February 2007, Sha released her second single, the electro-/synthpop song "Vergiss Mich", which is notable for its use of synthesizers.

On August 24, 2007, a double A-side single "Respect the Girls / Verdammt ich lieb dich" was released. There are videos for both songs. "Respect the Girls" was recorded as a part of the action of the German magazine BRAVO Girl, while "Verdammt ich lieb dich" is a cover of the German Schlager singer Matthias Reim. On August 25, Sha was at the Brandenburger Tor in Berlin, supporting the Schau nicht weg! action of BRAVO and VIVA against school violence. On August 31, her first album, Kein Scheiß!, was released.

Sha (comics)

Sha is a Franco-British comic, published by Editions Soleil. It is a trilogy, published from November 1996 to April 1998.

The story is written by Pat Mills and illustrated by Olivier Ledroit. They have also collaborated on Requiem Chevalier Vampire.

Storyline

In France during the 15th century, witch hunting is at its peak. The Inquisition is everywhere. Lara, a sixteen-year-old girl, is sentenced to death. Before she dies she curses her executioners and swears to return to punish them.

In Amerika, New Eden during the 21st century, the goddess Sha strikes inexorably. Her hand takes revenge to all of them who are involved with the death of Lara. Inspector Duffy is assigned to capture Sha but she's puzzled as to why she feels a strange connection to the killer.
