Final Battle 2010
Final Battle 2010 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Ring of Honor. It took place on December 18, 2010, at the Manhattan Center in New York City. It was the eighth annual event in the Final Battle chronology, with the first taking place in 2002, but only the second to be broadcast live. It was the fifth ROH event to be shown as an online pay-per-view.
The event saw the culmination of two rivalries, a yearlong battle between former tag team Kevin Steen and El Generico, as well as the feud between The Kings of Wrestling and The Briscoe Brothers. Also on the card Davey Richards, who had originally planned to stop wrestling after this event, challenged Roderick Strong for the ROH World Championship. Five other matches also took place on the undercard.

In September 2010, Jim Cornette announced that Final Battle 2010 would be taking place in the Grand Ballroom at the Manhattan Center in New York City on December 18, 2010, and would be live on internet pay-per-view through GoFightLive.
ROH Final Battle
Final Battle is a professional wrestling event, held annually by the Ring of Honor promotion. The event was initially held in 2002, and is traditionally ROH's last show in the calendar year. The 2009 edition of the show was ROH's first internet pay-per-view, and the first ROH show to be broadcast live. The 2010 edition and the 2011 edition were also broadcast live via the internet. Final Battle is ROH's biggest event of the year, similar to WWE's WrestleMania and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Bound for Glory.
Since its inception, the event has been held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New York City, and Edison, New Jersey. Between 2006 and 2014, every Final Battle has been held at either the Grand Ballroom or the Hammerstein Ballroom of the Manhattan Center in New York City.

It was the seventh annual event in the Final Battle chronology, with the first taking place in 2002. It was the first ROH event to be shown as an online pay-per-view, and the first to be aired live.

On November 19, 2009, ROH announced that Tyler Black would receive a ROH World Championship match at Final Battle 2009 as a result of winning the Survival of the Fittest tournament.
The feud between the Briscoe Brothers (Jay and Mark) and The American Wolves of Eddie Edwards and Davey Richards began at Final Battle 2008 in December 2008. At the event, The American Wolves attacked the Briscoe Brothers and injured Mark's knee. As a result of the legitimate injury, Mark was sidelined for several months to recover. Upon his return, the Briscoes won a tag team battle royal on the October 5 episode of Ring of Honor Wrestling to earn a World Tag Team Championship match against The American Wolves. They received the title match on September 19 at Final Countdown Tour: Chicago, but won by disqualification after Richards attacked the referee. As a result, they did not win the championship. At the Ring of Honor Wrestling tapings in early November, the Briscoes became the number one contenders to the World Tag Team Championship by defeating the team of Kevin Steen and El Generico, and the championship match was announced for Final Battle.
Final Battle 2011
Final Battle 2011 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Ring of Honor. It took place on December 23, 2011 at the Manhattan Center in New York City. It was the tenth annual event in the Final Battle chronology, with the first taking place in 2002, but only the third to be broadcast live.
All three Ring of Honor (ROH) championships were contested at the event. The ROH World Championship was defended in a rubber match between champion Davey Richards and former champion Eddie Edwards; Edwards lost their previous match in June 2011 but won their first encounter in March 2010. The ROH World Tag Team Championship was defended by Wrestling's Greatest Tag Team, consisting of Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas, against the six-time champions The Briscoe Brothers, Jay and Mark. The final championship match saw Jay Lethal defend his ROH World Television Championship against former champion El Generico and Mike Bennett in an elimination match. Also featured on the card was the wrestling return of Kevin Steen, after a year-long absence from the promotion. Four other matches make up the undercard.
