TLC (TV network)
TLC (originally an abbreviation of its former name, The Learning Channel) is an American basic cable and satellite television network that is owned by Discovery Communications. Initially focused on educational and learning content, by 2001, the network began to primarily focus towards reality series involving lifestyles, family life, and personal stories.
As of February 2015, approximately 95 million American households (81.6% of households with cable television) receive TLC, although this does not indicate TLC's 15 February 2016 viewership.
History
Early history
The channel was founded in 1972 by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare and NASA as the Appalachian Community Service Network, and was an informative and instructional network focused on providing real education through the medium of television; it was distributed at no cost by NASA satellite.

TLC (group)
TLC is an American R&B girl group whose original recording line-up consisted of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. Formed in Atlanta, Georgia in 1990, the group was very successful during the 1990s and early 2000s in spite of numerous spats with the law, each other, and the group's record label and management. They scored ten top-ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including number-one singles "Creep", "Waterfalls", "No Scrubs" and "Unpretty". The group also recorded four platinum albums, including CrazySexyCool (1994) which still remains the only album by a female vocal group in history to receive diamond certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). TLC also became the first R&B group in history to receive Million certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) for FanMail (1999).
Having sold over 65 million records worldwide, TLC is the best-selling American girl group of all time.VH1 ranked TLC as the greatest female group, placing them at number 12 on the list of 100 Greatest Women in Music.Billboard magazine ranked TLC as one of the greatest musical trios, as well as the seventh most successful act of the 1990s. TLC accolades include five Grammy Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards and five Soul Train Music Awards.With meaningful lyrics and a memorable sound its no surprise to see how this female power trio rose to fame. Twenty years after their debut, TLC was honored with Outstanding Contribution to Music at the 17th MOBO Awards and Legend Award at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards Japan.
TLC (Netherlands)
TLC is a Dutch television channel which broadcasts lifestyle programmes. It airs programmes related to lifestyle, health, food, and reality shows. Its main target is the female audience. The channel launched on 4 July 2011 by Discovery Networks Benelux.
TLC initially aired from 6pm till 2am on the standard-definition channel of Animal Planet making this a time-sharing channel in the Netherlands. On 1 October 2012 TLC extended its air time from 3pm till 2am. TLC became a 24-hours channel on 8 January 2013. An HD-simulcast started through UPC Netherlands on 15 May 2013.

Falsetto (horse)
Falsetto (1876–1904) was an American Thoroughbred Champion racehorse and outstanding sire. Bred and raced by J. W. Hunt Reynolds of Lexington, Kentucky, his dam was Farfaletta and his sire was General Abe Buford's very good runner, Enquirer.
Conditioned for racing by African American trainer, Eli Jordan, as a three-year-old in 1879 Falsetto won four of his five starts and was the dominant horse of his age group in the United States. Under African American star jockey, Isaac Murphy, he ran second to Lord Murphy in the Kentucky Derby but won the Phoenix Hotel Stakes and the Clark Handicap, plus he defeated the great Spendthrift in winning the Kenner and Travers Stakes.
Owner J. W. Hunt Reynolds died in September 1880 and the horse was sent to Pierre Lorillard IV who raced him in England along with several other American horses including Horse and Iroquois.
Returned to the United States and retired to stud duty, Falsetto stood at A. J. Alexander's Woodburn Stud in Woodford County, Kentucky. Falsetto became one of only four stallions to sire three Kentucky Derby winners and another of his sons, Sir Cleges, ran second in the 1908 Derby. Among his progeny, Falsetto was the sire of:

"Falsetto" is the second single from The-Dream's debut studio album, Love Hate. The song is produced by Christopher "Tricky" Stewart and was released on September 28, 2007.

The music video, most of which was filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada, premiered November 28, 2007 on MTV's TRL, followed by BET's 106 & Park on December 5, 2007.
