Estropipate
Estropipate (INN, BAN) (brand names Ogen, Ortho-Est), also known as piperazine estrone sulfate, is a synthetic, steroidal estrogen. It is a salt of estrone sulfate and piperazine.

Estropipate is an agonist of the estrogen receptor (ER). In addition, estropipate has been found to act as an inhibitor of OATP1B1 (IC50 = 70 nM).
