Enrique Gil

Enrique Mari Gil V (born March 30, 1992), better known as Enrique Gil, is a Filipino actor, model and dancer. He is well known for his roles in various soap operas, including Mula Sa Puso, Budoy, Muling Buksan Ang Puso and Forevermore. Gil's breakthrough film and television series as an actor were She's The One, where he played David Esguerra, and Forevermore as Alexander "Xander" Grande III.

Early life

Gil was born on March 30, 1992 in Cebu City. He is the second son of Spanish father Enrique Amadeo III and Filipino mother Barbara Anne (née Bacay). He has an elder brother named Enrique Javier IV and a younger sister named Diandra Frances. His parents used to work as flight attendants for Philippine Airlines. He finished primary school at the Montessori De Manila, a private institute inside the BF Executive Village (Venice Street) in Las Piñas, and secondary school in 2008 from Manresa School in Parañaque. He then went to San Beda College Alabang to pursue Information Technology, but was not able to finish since he focused on his acting career. He is a cousin of Paul Salas, and is also related to Dingdong Dantes.
