Enakkul Oruvan (English: A man inside me) can refer to two Tamil films:
Enakkul Oruvan (English: Someone within me; எனக்குள் ஒருவன்) is a 1984 Tamil film directed by SP. Muthuraman, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead role. A remake of Subhash Ghai's Hindi film, Karz (1980), starring Rishi Kapoor, and Tina Munim.
Madan (Kamal Haasan) is a dancer by profession who is a dream boy of all young girls. Kalpana (Shobana),a young woman, is irritated by Madan's fame and she badly criticizes his performances which attracts attention of Madan on her. He challenges that he would make her long for him and his love, but he falls in love with her. He tries to win her love in several ways but eventually fails. One night he gets into her house with a face mask which makes Kalpana to misunderstand that he is a thief and screams and alerts her home. Madan is trapped and handed over to the police. Madan, who is a son of pickle businessman Ooruga Ulaganathan (V. K. Ramaswamy) rescues him from Police custody and finds the reason for incident to be his love for Kalpana. Kalpana's father, who is a psychiatrist, finds that Madan is the son of his old friend Ulaganathan. Madan-Kalpana's marriage is approved and fixed then.
Enakkul Oruvan (A man within me) is a 2015 Tamil psychological thriller film directed by debutant Prasad Ramar and produced by C. V. Kumar. A remake of the 2013 Kannada film Lucia by Pawan Kumar, the film features Siddharth and Deepa Sannidhi in the lead roles, with Santhosh Narayanan composing the film's music. The film was released on 6 March 2015.
The plot is non-linear, and the end scene of the film shows the real beginning of the story.The plot starts with the protagonist being in a state of coma and continuing only on life support. The film, from the beginning, tells two stories of the same person, one in colour and the other in black and white.
A detective from Mumbai crime branch starts investigating the incident that caused the protagonist's (Siddharth) current state. The Detective going through his belongings stumbles upon some scribbled notes and a mysterious pill. Meanwhile, police capture two suspects and interrogate them for information.

On one of his sleepless nights Vicky is contacted by a drug dealer who gives him Lucia pills as a solution to his sleeping problems. This drug is said to have the capability to help one dream the life they want but has the side-effect, that on discontinuation the same dreams shall turn into a nightmare.
