Edwin Moreno

Edwin A. Moreno (born July 30, 1980) is a former Venezuelan Major League Baseball pitcher.

He made his minor league debut in 2000 with the Savannah Sand Gnats of Single-A, and from 2000 thru 2008, Moreno pitched for the Sand Gnats, the Frisco RoughRiders, the Reading Phillies, the Portland Beavers, and the San Antonio Missions.

On April 7, 2009, Moreno made his Major League debut for the San Diego Padres against the Los Angeles Dodgers, pitching in 1 inning and getting a strikeout.
