Echoes is a 2014 American Supernatural horror film directed by Nils Timmi and starring Steven Brand, Kate French, and Kevin Brewerton.Story revolves around a young beautiful writer struggling with horrifying, sleep-paralysis induced visions,retreats with her boyfriend to an isolated desert house. As the visions intensify, she finds herself on the verge of losing her mind...or uncovering a life-threatening secret.

The third season of Stargate Atlantis, an American-Canadian television series, began airing on July 21, 2006 on the US-American Sci Fi Channel. The third season concluded after 20 episodes on February 5, 2007 on the Canadian The Movie Network. The series was developed by Brad Wright and Robert C. Cooper, who also served as executive producers. Season three regular cast members include Joe Flanigan, Torri Higginson, Jason Momoa, Rachel Luttrell, Paul McGillion, and David Hewlett as Dr. Rodney McKay.

Echoes (Maggie Reilly album)

Echoes is a debut studio album by Maggie Reilly. It was released on 30 April 1992 by EMI. The album was produced by Armand Volker, Harald Steinhauer, Kristian Schultze and Stefan Zauner. The album includes her song "Everytime We Touch", which was a major hit in Europe in the 1990s, reaching #1 chart positions in many countries. The album topped the Norwegian Albums Charts and was generally top 30 album.

Anchor leg

The anchor leg is the final position in a relay race. Typically, the anchor leg of a relay is given to the fastest or most experienced competitor on a team. The athlete completing the anchor leg of a relay is responsible for making up ground on the race-leader or preserving the lead already secured by their teammates. An anchor leg is typically part of a running relay, but may also be part of swimming, skiing or skating relays.

Famous anchor leg runners

"Bullet" Bob Hayes ran anchor leg for the United States 4×100 metres relay team in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Receiving the baton in fifth place, Hayes pulled ahead of four runners to win the race. A French rival, Jocelyn Delecour, remarked to the American lead-off runner Paul Drayton "You haven't got anything except Hayes", and Drayton responded "That's all we need, pal".

Carl Lewis never lost a race when he anchored the American 4×100 m relay team. He regularly ran under 9 seconds for his anchor legs and helped the team break the world record in the 4×100 m relay five times. The record set by the U.S. at the 1992 Summer Olympics of 37.40 seconds stood for 16 years.

Anchor (album)

Anchor is the first album by Trespassers William, released in 1999 on Sonikwire Records. The album is long out of print, but has found new life on iTunes, due to their exposure on The O.C. and One Tree Hill. While no songs from Anchor are on either show, fans of their sound have sought out previous releases.

While there is growing interest for the album to be re-printed, the band has yet to do so. The band's guitarist, Matt Brown, said on KEXP that "...we've been hesitant to re-press it because we made it about ten years ago..."

Compared to the band's later albums, Different Stars and Having, it can be seen as being more pop than the sound they later had. Tracks such as "Cabinet" have funk-style bass-lines.
