EXT2

EXT2 can refer to:

  • EXT2, a human gene

  • EXT2 (gene)

    Exostosin-2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EXT2 gene.

    This gene encodes one of two glycosyltransferases involved in the chain elongation step of heparan sulfate biosynthesis. Mutations in this gene cause the type II form of Multiple Exostoses.

    Interactions

    EXT2 (gene) has been shown to interact with TRAP1.
