Dürüm
A dürüm (Turkish pronunciation: [dyˈɾym], "roll") is a wrap that is usually filled with typical döner kebab ingredients. The wrap is made from lavash or yufka flatbreads.
Dürüm is considered one of the ten best Turkish street foods, together with simit, balık-ekmek (fish in a bread, Turkish style), lahmacun, tantuni, midye dolma, kokoreç, kumpir, tavuklu pilav (pilaf with boneless, shredded chicken meat) and börek.
