Dr. Haji Dzulkefly Ahmad (born 1 January 1956) was the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for Kuala Selangor from 2008 until 2013. He sat in Parliament as a member of the Gerakan Harapan Baru (GHB) in the opposition Pakatan Rakyat coalition. He is currently the executive director of PAS Research Center.
Dzulkefly holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Birmingham and a master's degree from the University of Surrey. He later completed his doctorate in toxicology from the Imperial College (St. Mary's Hospital Medical School) in 1993.
Dzulkefly was elected to Parliament in the 2008 election, winning the seat of Kuala Selangor, which had been held by the ruling Barisan Nasional coalition. In January 2010, he publicly supported the controversial decision of the Malaysian High Court to allow a Catholic publication to use the term "Allah".
He lost his parliamentary seat in the 2013 election, tallying 460 votes fewer than the Barisan Nasional candidate Irmohizam Ibrahim.
