Exclusive (album)

Exclusive is the second studio album by American recording artist Chris Brown. It was released on November 6, 2007, by his independently-owned record label CBE, along with Jive Records; distributed by Zomba Group. The album was serving as the follow-up to his multi-platinum selling debut album Chris Brown (2005).

The album was critically and commercially successful, debuting at number 4 on the US Billboard 200, selling 295,000 copies in the first week. The album was supported by five singles; including three Billboard Hot 100, which successfully entered in the music markets, entering the top 20 amongst other charts worldwide. The album has earned double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in the United States, and the album sales it stands at three million copies in the worldwide. The album ranked number 34 on Rolling Stone's list of the Top 50 Albums of 2007.

On June 3, 2008, Exclusive was re-released, when it has expanded into a double-disc deluxe edition; including a counterparts from the DVD, which was also released, which features the behind the scenes footage and music videos from his tour.

Down (The Jesus Lizard album)

Down is an album by the Chicago band The Jesus Lizard. It was their last album for Touch and Go records and the last to be produced by Steve Albini.

The song "Horse" was labeled as "Pony Beat" on set lists for live shows. David Wm. Sims plays an organ on the album version.

The painting on the cover is "Falling Dog" by Malcolm Bucknall, for which Bucknall asked no pay and offers no explanation for the falling dog image. Bucknall also did the cover art for the Puss/Oh, the Guilt split single with Nirvana and the Jesus Lizard's Liar album.

Down, released in November 1996 on Century Media records, is the fourth album by Sentenced. It is also the first album including the vocalist Ville Laihiala. This album marks the band's progression from melodic death metal to gothic metal.

Herbert (film)

Herbert is a 2005 Bengali-language film that was directed by veteran theatre director Suman Mukhopadhyay. It was based on Nabarun Bhattacharya's Sahitya Akademi Award winning novel of the same name.

Plot

Matthew Herbert

Matthew Herbert (born 1972), also known as Herbert, Doctor Rockit, Radio Boy, Mr. Vertigo, Transformer, and Wishmountain, is a British electronic musician. He often takes sounds from everyday items to produce electronic music.

Career

In 1998, Herbert issued Around the House, which mixed dance beats, sounds generated by everyday kitchen objects, and vocals. By the late Nineties, Herbert was remixing tracks for dance artists like Moloko, Motorbass, Alter Ego, and others. (Many of these were later collected on Secondhand Sounds: Herbert Remixes.) He also recorded singles, EPs, and albums under a variety of aliases (Doctor Rockit, Radio Boy, Mr. Vertigo, and Transformer) as well as his own name.

In 2001, Herbert issued Bodily Functions. Similar in structure to Around the House, it featured sounds generated by manipulating human hair and skin as well as internal bodily organs.Bodily Functions benefited a record deal with Studio !K7, making it Herbert's first full-length to receive worldwide distribution.

Herbert (Family Guy)

John Herbert is a fictional character in the animated television series Family Guy. His first name, John, was finally revealed in the episode entitled "Valentine's Day in Quahog". He is voiced by Mike Henry, who created and designed the character. Herbert is an elderly neighbor of the Griffin family who first appeared in the season 3 episode "To Love and Die in Dixie". Henry defines Herbert as a pedophile. He harbors unrequited love for Chris Griffin, though the Griffins (except Stewie) and the other citizens of Quahog are either oblivious to this or indifferent because of his frailty.

Herbert's voice and appearance are inspired by an elderly man whom Henry met while working at a grocery store in high school. MacFarlane has also stated that his design was made so his creepy humor would seem funny. Herbert has received mixed reviews from critics. He has also appeared in various Family Guy merchandise and has made several crossover appearances in the Family Guy spin-off, The Cleveland Show.
