The purpose of this application is to help professionals achieve the following activities : - Monitoring news updates from competitors, suppliers, customers, associations, newspapers... - Analysing and transforming these updates into pieces of intelligence that are valuable for different departments of an organization - Creating reports, dashboards and newsletters automatically to disseminate information to people - Benchmarking products, services, companies using automatic web crawling technologies.

Digimind is wholly owned by its founders/management team. The company has offices in Cambridge,MA, Paris, Grenoble and Rabat. Its corporate headquarters are in Grenoble, France. The company’s current workforce exceeds 100 employees spread across its four office locations.

Digimind was founded in 1998 by Paul Vivant, Patrice François, Gerald Navarette and Romain Laboisse in Grenoble, France. A year later they launched vStrat, the first collaborative market intelligence software for Lotus Notes. This was followed by Strategic Finder, the first professional meta search engine. By 1999 more than 60,000 people were using the solution.

In 2003 the company launched Digimind Evolution, the first integrated Competitive Intelligence software covering the entire intelligence process.

In 2006 Digimind opened an R&D centre in Rabat and in 2008 the company opened an office in Cambridge,MA in order to further expand its US customer base.

In 2007, Digimind launched Digimind 7, an application enabling the visual analysis of millions of news in real time.

In 2012 Digimind launched WhoGotFunded.com, a website which tracks venture capital developments in every industry and region in the world. It is updated every minute in real-time, with all the latest information about high potential start-ups, venture capital firms and VC transactions taking place around the world.(3)
