Diane Schuur (born December 10, 1953 in Tacoma, Washington) is an American jazz singer and pianist. Nicknamed "Deedles", she has won two Grammy Awards, headlined many of the world's most prestigious music venues, including Carnegie Hall and The White House and has toured the world performing with such greats as Quincy Jones, Stan Getz, B. B. King, Dizzy Gillespie, Maynard Ferguson, Ray Charles, Joe Williams and Stevie Wonder. Like Stevie Wonder, Schuur was blinded at birth due to retinopathy of prematurity.
Diane Schuur grew up in suburban Seattle, Washington and was encouraged by both her parents to sing. She started singing when she was two-and-a-half, and by age nine, was getting professional gigs. She has said that as a small child she would often retreat to the closet to be alone with herself and sing. Her early childhood music heroines were Sarah Vaughan and Dinah Washington. Schuur had her first gig at Tacoma's Holiday Inn at age ten in which she sang country music. Attending the Washington School for the Blind, she began performing original material, and starting at the young age of sixteen, revealed a distinctive voice and began performing. Her big break came when Stan Getz became positive about her work on hearing her sing "Amazing Grace" at legendary Monterey Jazz Festival in 1979, returning in '88 and '91. In 1982, Getz asked her to join him at a performance at the White House. Nancy Reagan invited her to perform again as a vocalist with the Count Basie Orchestra in 1987. Stan Getz later played on Schuur's first three albums, Deedles (1984), Schuur Thing (1985 also with Jose Feliciano ) and Timeless (1986).
"Talkin' 'Bout You" is a song written by Ray Charles.
In 1964, The Animals covered it. The 7-minute recording was cut down and appeared on their hit single "The House of the Rising Sun" with a running time of only 1:54. On the 1990 compilation, The Complete Animals, the full version was released. This version was essentially a medley with Shout by The Isley Brothers.
It was also covered by Jerry Garcia and the French singer Johnny Hallyday (Qui aurait dit ça) 1962 (R. Charles / adapt G. Vesta).

Talkin is a village in Cumbria, England situated close to Talkin Tarn. Area soil is dry and gravelly.
The name is of Brittonic origin. The Brittonic dialect known as Cumbric was formerly spoken in the area. According to A. M. Armstrong, et al., the first element, tal, means "brow" or "end" in Brittonic and modern Welsh, Cornish, and Breton. The second element is unclear. It may come from the Brittonic word which appears in Welsh and Old Cornish as can ("white") and Breton as kann ("bland, brilliant"). Talkin may be a hill-name meaning "white brow".

[Intro]
See what am I supposed to say
To hope that maybe one day yoou'll staaay
[Hook]
Cause' when my heart beats all time
I'm hoping one day you'll be mine
Well maybe today daaaay you'll see
[Verse 1]
I'm crowed and conversatin'
And if you get to deep you'll be left waitin'
Hopeless like you missed the last train
But I promise there's so much left to gain
My hearts cold it'll warm to you
My minds on overtime but it'll stop for you
My eyes were wandering but they got stuck on you
Shit, there's something special bout you
Yeah, there's something special bout you
[Verse 2]
You see I'm sure you heard it all before
Like it's all you and nothing more
Your're so much more than a new face so kiddy shit
How bout a game of kiss chase?
