Fiends is the third album from the post-hardcore band Chasing Victory, released only months before the band officially broke up. This album is a change of style for the band. While their debut and EP had a solid post-hardcore sound similar to that of Glassjaw and Thursday, the sound for this album was changed. The band experimented with Southern rock, post-grunge, and even rock and roll, while still retaining their post-hardcore roots.
The Screamin' Demon was a shuttle loop roller coaster at Kings Island in Mason, Ohio. Designed by Arrow Development, it opened in 1977 as one of the first looping roller coasters in the United States to run both forward and backward. After ten years of operation, the ride was moved to Camden Park.
Anton Schwarzkopf and Intamin AG co-developed the first shuttle loop design, which opened as King Kobra at Kings Dominion in 1977. A total of six shuttle loop roller coasters opened that same year throughout the United States. Screamin' Demon had the distinction of being the first from Arrow Development to open to the public. Unlike the vertical tracks used as reverse points at both ends on the King Kobra, Arrow used loading platforms instead.
At the end of the 1987 season, the ride was sold and relocated to Camden Park in West Virginia where it was renamed to Thunderbolt Express. It was closed in 2000 and never reopened. It was eventually scrapped in 2004.
Aldebaran /ælˈdɛbərən/ (α Tau, α Tauri, Alpha Tauri) is an orange giant star located about 65 light years away in the zodiac constellation of Taurus. With an average apparent magnitude of 0.87 it is the brightest star in the constellation and the fourteenth brightest star in the nighttime sky. The name Aldebaran is Arabic (الدبران al-dabarān) and means "the Follower", presumably because it rises near and soon after the Pleiades.
In 1993 a substellar companion was reported. Subsequent observations did not confirm this claim, but a paper accepted for publication in Astronomy and Astrophysics in 2015 shows evidence for a planetary companion.
The planetary exploration probe Pioneer 10 is currently heading in the general direction of the star and should make its closest approach in about two million years.
On March 11, of 509 CE, a lunar occultation of Aldebaran was observed in Athens, Greece. English astronomer Edmund Halley studied the timing of this event, and in 1718 concluded that Aldebaran must have changed position since that time, moving several minutes of arc further to the north. This, as well as observations of the changing positions of stars Sirius and Arcturus, led to the discovery of proper motion. Based on present day observations, the position of Aldebaran has shifted 7′ in the last 2000 years; roughly a quarter the diameter of the full Moon.

Ween is an American alternative rock band formed in New Hope, Pennsylvania in 1984 by childhood friends Aaron Freeman and Mickey Melchiondo Jr.. After meeting in a middle school typing class, the two began playing music and immediately chose the name Ween as well as pseudonyms Gene Ween (Freeman) and Dean Ween (Melchiondo), a choice inspired by The Ramones. Ween performed as a duo backed by a Digital Audio Tape for the band's first ten years of existence before expanding to a four (and later five) piece act.
The band's style is eclectic, and while they can generally be referred to as rock music, experimentation with various styles incorporating a strong element of humor and absurdity has been one of their defining tendencies. Ween developed a large, devoted cult following. After a 28-year run, Freeman quit the band in 2012, effectively ending the project.
In November 2015, Ween announced that they would reunite in February 2016 for three shows in Colorado, with later dates subsequently announced.
So we're doing a song by a band that comes from sorta this part of the country
They come from uh
Oh it's not part of this country at all
Nevermind
I thought I was, I thought I was still in cleveland
I'm just kidding
So I drove up lakeshore drive for the first time in my life
And I must say it's a beautiful drive
Chicago is a pimp town huh
Like I'm not trying to get you to cheer or anything
But it really is
Alright this is a song by a band called ween
The sky dripped in a demon sweat the night she left
Wrapped up in a blanket and I'm feelin' wet
They said she flew from the goals in her life
Then she wet like blood from a knife
I'm here, and it's all so clear now
The wind flows and it's blowing cold, but I'm still here
Gripping onto what's not around
And it's all so clear to me now
Now I know, sometimes I try a bit too hard
But I can't let go of you
Boo-hoo boo-hoo
Thank you all very much
A little rock and roll interlude
This is a new song
