Deep Down is the working title for the upcoming role-playing video game by Capcom for the PlayStation 4 video game console.Deep Down is a single-player game with the option to have up to four players in co-op multiplayer, akin to that of Dark Souls, with random players dropping into the player's world to help them defeat monsters and find artifacts.

    Gameplay

Deep Down's gameplay style is dungeon crawler, which involves the player exploring dungeons based on the memories collected on artifacts. Weapons such as spears and swords can be utilized. The game is also a multiplayer title with online features akin to those of the Souls series developed by From Software. Players can band together in dungeons and battle bosses, including fire-breathing dragons and rock creatures.

    Plot

The player perspective for Deep Down begins in New York City in the year 2094. By touching magical artifacts, players are teleported into the distant past to explore dungeons and avoid or battle monsters and seek treasure. Each of these dungeons are randomly generated for each player. As well as this, the artifacts you touch correspond to an emotion, including envy, lust and wrath.
