Hours (The Machine De Ella Project)

Hours is a 2013 concept album recorded by experimental Christian rock band Falling Up. It is part of the Machine De Ella project, which includes a novel, also entitled Hours, written by lead-singer and producer, Jessy Ribordy. The project also includes their album Midnight on Earthship. Hours, along with Midnight on Earthship, is Falling Up's sixth/seventh studio album. It was released over a period of time, having started on October 9, 2012, and concluded on February 19, 2013. A new song was released every two weeks for approximately four months until all twelve tracks were digitally released to the Machine De Ella members. It is the first Falling Up album to feature the band's current guitarist, Nick Lambert, who had previously worked as a session guitarist on Your Sparkling Death Cometh.

In order to fund the creation of physical copies of both Hours and Midnight on Earthship, Falling Up launched a KickStarter. One of the bonus rewards for the funding reaching $1,000 over the minimum requirement was that an additional song would be recorded. Falling Up stated that the new song had already been written, and would be "making some interesting new connections between the story of Hours and Fangs!" The funding was reached and exceeded the minimum amount by $2,340.

Hours (Funeral for a Friend album)

Hours is the second album by Welsh rock band Funeral for a Friend. The album was released on 13 June 2005, through Atlantic and Ferret Records. The album was produced, recorded and mixed by Terry Date, with co-production by the band. Hours is notable for the band showcasing their more melodic side. The album produced four singles, "Streetcar", "Monsters", "History" and "Roses For The Dead". The album reached #12 in the UK charts going gold in exactly the same number of weeks Casually Dressed & Deep In Conversation took, but spent more weeks on the top 75. It was their first album to appear on the US Billboard 200. The song "All the Rage" is featured in the video game Burnout Revenge.

The Black Parade

The Black Parade is the third studio album by American rock band My Chemical Romance. Released on October 23, 2006 through Reprise Records, it was produced by Rob Cavallo, known for having produced multiple albums for Goo Goo Dolls and Green Day. It is a rock opera centering on a dying character with cancer known as "The Patient". The album tells the story of his apparent death, experiences in the afterlife, and subsequent reflections on his life.

Four singles were released from the album: "Welcome to the Black Parade", "Famous Last Words", "I Don't Love You", and "Teenagers".The Black Parade has received generally favorable reviews, and the band achieved its first Number 1 single in the UK with "Welcome to the Black Parade". The album debuted at number two on both the Billboard 200 and the UK Albums Chart and is also certified as platinum by the RIAA, as well as a Platinum certification in the UK and a Gold certification in Argentina by the CAPIF and in Chile by the IFPI Chile.The Black Parade was given the Platinum Europe Award by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry for 1 million sales in Europe. The limited edition boxed set also earned My Chemical Romance a Grammy Award nomination. In the video game Guitar Hero II (Xbox 360 version), the song "Dead!" was added to the game's track list prior to the earlier PS2 version, and the three songs "Teenagers," "Famous Last Words" and "This Is How I Disappear" are available for download. The Black Parade has sold 1,610,000 copies in the US as of October 2010, and has sold 3,000,000 copies worldwide.

Flood (They Might Be Giants album)

Flood is the third studio album by Brooklyn-based alternative rock duo They Might Be Giants, released in January 1990. Flood was the duo's first album on the major label Elektra Records. It generated three singles: "Birdhouse in Your Soul", "Istanbul (Not Constantinople)", and the domestic promotional track "Twisting". The album is generally considered to be the band's definitive release, as it is their best-selling and most recognizable album. Despite minimal stylistic and instrumental differences from previous releases, Flood is distinguished by contributions from seasoned producers Clive Langer and Alan Winstanley. John Linnell and John Flansburgh also took advantage of new equipment and recording techniques, including unconventional, home-recorded samples, which were programmed through Casio FZ-1 synthesizers. The album was recorded in New York City at Skyline Studios, which was better equipped than studios the band had worked in previously.

Promotion for Flood included television appearances, promotional videos, and an international tour. The album's mainstream promotion and success contributed to its status as the band's most well known album. Many fans, including young viewers of Tiny Toon Adventures, were first exposed to They Might Be Giants's music through Flood.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent (season 2)

The second season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent premiered September 29, 2002 and ended May 18, 2003 on NBC.

Production

Law & Order: Criminal Intent was renewed a second season in May 2002 and production began in Summer 2002. Show runner/executive producer René Balcer became head writer this season, writing every episode of the season.

Peter Jankowski was promoted to executive producer this season; last season Jankowski was a co-executive producer. Co-executive producers this season were Fred Berner, Arthur W. Forney, and Theresa Rebeck with John L. Roman and Michael Kewley serving as producers. Supervising producers were Roz Weinman and Marlane Gomard Meyer. Original Law & Order writer and co-executive producer at the time, Michael S. Chernuchin was consulting producer and Tim DeLuca as associate producer. Mary Rae Thewlis became co-producer starting with the 6th episode, "Malignant". Warren Leight, who later became co-executive producer and then show runner/executive producer, began as a producer with the 10th episode, "Con-Text". Balcer hired Leight from a recommendation by co-executive producer, Theresa Rebeck.
