Daniel Logan

Daniel Logan (born 6 June 1987) is a New Zealand actor. Logan is best known for his portrayal of young Boba Fett from the 2002 film Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones where he was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Feature Film (Supporting Actor) at the age of 13. Logan also voiced Fett in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Logan is of Māori descent.

Early life and career

Logan was born in Auckland on 6 June 1987. He broke into acting when his amateur rugby union team was scouted for a TV commercial, where he was chosen to play the role of a small child who gets knocked into the mud by Auckland rugby star Michael Jones. Picked up by a casting agent, he began to do more commercials and TV appearances, including a recurring role in episodes of the New Zealand-based medical series Shortland Street and a guest appearance in the international series Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.

Logan is best known for his role as the young Boba Fett in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.

Daniel (Bat for Lashes song)

"Daniel" is a song by English recording artist Bat for Lashes, from her second studio album, Two Suns. It is her best selling single to date, selling over 46,000 copies worldwide. The song was announced as the lead single from Two Suns in January 2009, then released as a digital download single on 1 March 2009, and as a 7" vinyl single on 6 April 2009. The track was written by Natasha Khan and produced by David Kosten, as with all tracks on the album. Ira Wolf Tuton from Yeasayer provided the bass lines for the song and Khan did the rest of the instrumentation herself. Khan said in an interview with The Sun newspaper that "Daniel" is based on a fictional character that she fell in love with as a teenager. The single's cover features Khan with an image of the character Daniel LaRusso, from the film The Karate Kid, painted on her back. A character much like LaRusso also features at the end of the music video which goes with the song. The B-side of the 7" is a cover version of a 1980 single by The Cure.

Daniel (Brazilian singer)

José Daniel Camillo (born September 9, 1968 in Brotas, São Paulo), better known as Daniel, is a Brazilian sertanejo singer and occasional actor.

Originally part of sertanejo duo João Paulo & Daniel, he has maintained a solo career since the untimely death of João Paulo in 1998. On June 5, 2012, he was confirmed as one of the coaches for the first season of upcoming reality television show The Voice Brasil.
